Voting Thread - Oleon Vs. Namere Build-Off

Hear ye, hear ye!

Oleon and Namere have each presented their case! Now it is up to you to decide. Which terrific trio will carry off the pineapple crown and win the day?

Please base your vote on which group of three builds, taken together, is best. Consider the following criteria:

• The stories.
  
• The presentation.
  
• And most importantly, the builds.
  

Several of these MOCs are more than meet the eye upon first glance; so we encourage you to check out each MOC's thread and spend a bit of time considering your decision.

Also, please remember that each team was asked to incorporate each of the following in their total of three builds, and please take into consideration their effectiveness in doing so:

• Investigator
  
• The ruse
  
• Lighthouse
  
• Pine Sol
  

Please do not vote based on:

• Your opinion of which side of the case is right in character.
  
• Your personal preference for Oleon or Namere.
  

The poll has two questions: one is Oleon vs. Namere; the other pits all five builders against each other and is simply for fun. No DBs at stake, nothing at all, except for the builder's ego.

As Mike didn't manage to finish in time (that can happen to everyone), I'll just tell how the story goes further:

The investigator leaves the lighthouse and sees a few ships battling against eachother.

He clearly sees one party are Oleanders, the other party is anonymous. He follows the capturers with his own ship till Bastion. Where he discovers the ships belonged once to a Namere captain before mutiny broke out on them.

These were all great builds. I haven't had tube to comment on all of them yet but the overall stories were great and very hilarious.

Great builds all around, and a shame Mike didn't get his build in.

I do prefer Oleon's approach here, though, as it plays better into the story of the capture, while the Namere team seems somewhat peripheric to the build-off premise. Personally, I prefer those that stick closer to the story behind the build-off.
