A very nice work, with a cool color scheme and great details like these awnings

and the sweet flower pots. The third floor with the balcony and balustrade and

the different windows looks pretty decent, too. *y*

I wished I would be able to do such a pretty modular digital building like you did! *wub* ;-)

Very well done! I like the color choice you have used. Tan in combination with white/gray/black is a nice way to build real buildings.

The roof seems a bit odd, though. I would have chosen one color only. Not black and dark gray.

Another point is the kind of window you have used on the ground floor. IMO they reach too far to the ground. And I dislike the train windows.

I would have taken something like this4033.png. Big windows with no partition. Put a 1x4 brick underneath - voil

Great! And this MOC really appeals to me. Some ppeople like Exo-Builder, like post-apoc MOCs(BTW, I like those who do them), and some people like me enjoy modular concepts. In the next few weeks, I am planning to start revealing some of my MOCs, which you will find are Modular, as my Tabletown is actually Module City. So nice job on that MOC! Is their an interior?

thank you all for your comments!

@Holodoc: i thought the roof was a bit weird my self. i tried to make it look a bit worn off but i guess it looks strange. maybe i will try changing it into just dark red or brown..

i wasnt sure about the train windows either but i wanted them to look big i will try it in real lego building and see how it turns out

@VBBN: there is no interior. cant wait to see some of your buildings
