RebelRock Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 (edited) Crown Retaliation The Crownies go on the offense in a retaliation for the village attack. This is a cross section of the attack, not a whole castle. ;-) Also, not as many pictures this time. I was having quality issues. Image is gallery when public. Asuka Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 A marvelous battle scenery in a simply wonderful color scheme. The facade of the fortification´s very well done too, especially the windows with the Viking horns. That swamp serpent and the flame work´re really cool aspects of the MOC, too. :'-) *y* Quote
Piranha Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 Such a nice diorama! *y* Utilizing the castle line to create awesome displays! Great Job! *sweet* Quote
UniqueBuilder Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 WOW! *wub* That's incredible! *sweet* Everything is so... Nice and smooth... My favourite detail is the orc pouring burning oil down the castle wall! *wub* Quote
Tacitus Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 (edited) Wow! That's a lot of black tiles. This is a really cool scene. I think that, like everyone else who has responded, the flaming oil is my favorite part, especially since you followed through with the inclusion of the trans-orange head on the minifigure. Lt. Col. Thok Posted March 18, 2008 Posted March 18, 2008 Nice little fortress and battle! *y* *y* Quote
WhiteFang Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Really very nice creations! I love the battlescene very much. May i know how big is this display? *sweet* Quote
LegoLyons Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Tiles, tiles, tiles, Woah!! Very good. I love it, I like the hill/landscape and the building is perfect too. Quote
concreteasflesh Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 Ive been checking your work out for a while on brickshelf and now here too, great skill and imagination, the true meaning behind LEGO. really liking it... I can hear Warcraft II music in the background when looking at this *sweet* Quote
Etzel Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 This is really great! I like the colours and the numbers of minifig in the MOC. 'boy, I wish I'd that many crown knights. And the swamp serpent and the flaming oil is ,as already mentioned, a nice twist to it all. Although I can't find any leader of the knights. Is there any that I've missed? Good job and I eagelry awaits more! *y* ;-) Quote
Commander Andrew of 501 st Posted March 19, 2008 Posted March 19, 2008 This is Absolutely Amazing! i love the sleek-ness of the building that the Crownies are attacking. who knew that they had it in them!? *y* *wub* Quote
Khorne Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 As I already said in one of your previous topics: I love your MOCs, mostly because of their clean look. But here, the clean look doesn't really fit well with the orks, I think they should have a more ramshackle castle/fortress like their vehicles present in the castle line. Other than that, I love it *wub* . Quote
woody64 Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 I've taken a look on your castle creations and was deeply impressed. All these MOCs have so many details .... andreas Quote

iamded Posted March 20, 2008 Posted March 20, 2008 Great structure and details, I love the windows with the spikes around them. And the sea monster looks wicked half submerged like that! Probably my favourite part. X-D As usual a great action packed scene, great job! *y* *y* ~Peace Quote
lego.ryan Posted March 22, 2008 Posted March 22, 2008 Your creations never cease to amaze me. The sheer level of detail along with your huge minifig selection is impressive. And I love the burning oil. ;-) Keep up the good work, as I (and everybody else) know you will! :-D Quote

zero1312 Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 A wonderfully built scene. *wub* The burning oil, the serpent, the facade of the building and even the inclusion of the Starwars orcs blends perfectly together. *sweet* Quote
