The Rogue Shadow

First off, expanding the cockpit to fit both Juno and the Apprentice

Expanded the sides of the cockpit too, to make more "air tight"

And the bottom to see how it was done

Of course the roof had to be modded to, so it can close

And Closed

Very nice and clean modification. You know, and I don't confess this lightly, but the one think I really don't like about some Lego ships, and also including this one, is the apparently lack of airtightness... Now I know in many time and many ways that this has been discussed, but I really like the fact you went that extra mile. Also, for the life of me, I can not grasp the logic of a ship that size, with only one person, and pilot, to fit in their. Good job Knightsword!

I found it absurd that the Rogue Shadow could only hold one minifig, when its suppose to be a transport for the Apprentice and be piloted by Juno. I do like the design of the ship, but it was lazy on TLG's part for the lack of room for at least two minifigs, esp. with the few extra/different parts it took for the modification.

i guess its good, i was never really good at mods myself, but rather made my own ships from scratch. this set never really appealed to me. its not in the movies, and its rather lopsided... good mods though, and if makes you happy, thats all that really counts.

I, too, was totally annoyed by the fact that the Apprentice couldn't ride around with Juno...especially since that is a key feature of the Unleashed storyline.

So, your mod is one that I was also planning to do, too. I modified the roof in the same way you did to see if it would open and close the same way, but that was as far as I got, having only regular bricks to add to the cabin, which didn't look right. I'm taking a cue from your MOD, and finishing up what I started. Thanks for the swift kick!

Now, if only that inverted slope piece would arrive in the mail...

I am planing to perform a complete overhaul of my rouge shadow once The Force unleashed is published, that way I will have canon material to use.
