highlandcattle Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 (edited) And their dog Willy. In the back is the family farm. Their daughter ran off with a troll to the northern lands. They hope one day she will come to her senses and return home. Mr Knutson is very proud of his dunghill. Best dung in the whole county! The cat is wondering why she is smaller then that rat. Obligatory Ivy to mask the boring wall. The grey parts in the roof need to be replaced by brown ones. BL here I come The final side of the house, a bit plain. But I love the plants. Once again sorry about those bad pictures. I have graphic converter for Mac OSX but I really wouldn't know where to begin to make the look better Edited May 13, 2008 by Hinckley Quote
MacK Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 Nice house I like the roof, and the couple. The accessorys around the house are good (hooray for giant dung pile ). I can't see why the daughter would run away with a troll . Any way keep up the good work, is there any interior shots? Quote
BlueBard Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 Coming soon in your TV: The Knutsons' family! Nice MOC Quote
Asuka Posted May 1, 2008 Posted May 1, 2008 A neat and charming house with an interesting roof design, and a sad yet hilarious background story, a sweet use of plant parts and very fitting MFs.... I never thought I would say this, but.... dung on! Quote
WhiteFang Posted May 2, 2008 Posted May 2, 2008 Neat looking house! I wonder what crops are they growing? Maybe you can try and expand it bigger and add a field into it. Like the way you build the vines. I hope to see the interior of the house too! Quote
Cakeman Posted May 3, 2008 Posted May 3, 2008 Always nice to see a civilian building, and this one looked neat! Cute family those Knutssons, and I'm really interested in the daughters offspring... Interior shots would be great. Does the house have an upper level under the roof? Also, I wonder how it would look if the door was inside an arch or similar (if you understand what I mean...), I always like when there's a little doorway or something. Nice dunghill :) Quote
highlandcattle Posted May 4, 2008 Author Posted May 4, 2008 (edited) Thank you all for commenting, There is no interior yet. And the building was just a testbed for the roof technique. So I will update it in the future. I'm already working on Meet the Murks whre you will see the halfblood troll. Somebody at CC made my pictures better: Edited May 4, 2008 by highlandcattle Quote
