I was looking in my email, and I got one of those advertisements that they send us. To my suprise, though, they included a poll on a new theme!

The poll included:

Robots

Wild West ( *oh2* )

Animals

How amazing is this? Wild West? Oh, baby!

EDITED by imperialshadows: Link removed. It was nice of you to post it, but two problems. 1. It's specifically linked for you, thus any votes taken will just change your vote and not actually add to the total. The other links are somehow specific to you as well, so it's best not to leave it out there for everyone. 2. If gives out your email address, making it possible that anything spidering this site to pick it up. Spamtastic!

This is good news!

I´m wondering who would choose the other options. :look:

Did anybody outside the U.S. get such an e-mail, too? Don´t let it be a U.S.-exclusive! :hmpf_bad:

(Why didn´t I get such an e-mail?)

Well...heh...I almost voted for the animal theme. But what are the chances of a Harpy Eagle set? :cry_sad:

I do wonder more, what exactly the other themes would look like, animals could be interesting i think, if it is some kind of zoologic or jungle thingy. But i voted for WW anyway, imagine Wild West Set in the FACTORY line! I can see a lot of potential there!

Perhaps with Animals they mean Redwall? There is a Redwall movie coming in 2011.

*huh* Wow. Really? That's amazing. I've been reading Redwall since I was five... :cry_happy: That'd be right up TLC's alley, too- It's a very non-violent, good series, great for kids though the animals would be hard to make. But, this is a Factory theme, and that would be a license theme.

Very interesting.... and a pretty though question too. Wild West´s cool for sure, but Animals sounds interesting too.... :look:

And although it´s a little unclear what this means, some new animal molds could be something nearly every line could benefit from....

But I doubt that we would get some new molds just for Factory. Anyways.... pigs in space on!:thumbup:

I voted West. It seems like both Animals and Robots have been done before by Lego, even if not in factory form.

I wonder how they would do West, though, it seems as though there would be so many color and piece variations that it would become very difficult.

Animals and Wild West. That is a tough call. :cry_sad: Both seemed very promising. But after some thoughts, I will love to see Wild West instead. So, my vote goes to Wild West :sweet:

Did I miss something? Every Redwall book I read had lots of death and battles. :classic:

Relatively non-violent. Compared to other themes, such as Exo Force, SW... Besides, it has a peaceful side to it as well.

I didn't get an email, but I never get them. I used to get special offers occasionally, and I do get the LEGO Universe updates, despite no real interest, but I never get these good ones... Odd. :hmpf_bad:

Still, it's great to see WW and Animals there, I'd take either, though I'm not sure how they mean animals in this case. Still, it sounds interesting.

Great find! I voted for Wild West, of course. Bring on the cowpokes and bandits, stage coaches and saloons! :sweet:

I'd disagree actually. Redwall may have plenty of peaceful bits, but there really is a lot of violence in the books too, and a lot more blood and death than in Starwars, and especially Exo-force, where nobody died. :sceptic:

If they mean molded animals I would be all over that. Man, that could bring forth zoos, circus', an Indiana Jones Circus Train, Farms, the idea could be endless. But if they are brick built then I push forth the Wild West theme... with Chickens!

Good point. I haven't read them in a while, and I've mostly forgotten the bloody parts. But the theme of most of the stories, the Redwallers, don't fight in earnest, and it's mostly directed toward fighting for defense and peace. (Of course, some characters are an exception)

Then, EF is aimed toward really, really big guns. They fight for peace, too, though... SW also kills a lot of people, (Stormtroopers, Death Star) but there is a lot less blood.

With Robots you could add to the space theme.

Wild West would be cool we might get a train with bandits that would be cool or a new fort like 6762 Fort Legoredo .

Animals would be nice too but what kind of animals wuld they be .

they all would be nice to have but only one will win to hard of a choise we might wounder what might have been made when the others lose .

No! I can't believe it. Wild West!!! - I'm speechless. Could it be? Return to Legoredo? Remember Ambassador BigDaddy's question a while back, Ninja vs. WW? Could we see the return?

Yes!!! I want to be a consultant. I want input. Ghost Town perhaps? Either way, Wild West - I can't believe it!
