I really like the Simple but effective construction

It's too bad there aren't more piratey elements for LDD.

The only thing i'd change is have the bow and stern a little shorter.

Or if you want it that tall, raise the walls a bit in the center section.

I agree with Phred, the bow and stern need to be a little shorter because the hull reminds me of a skateboard ramp

I'm not an expert on Chinese junks, but I agree it would look better if you added some height in the middle. Am I correct to assume that digital designing doesn't allow you to create sails? That's too bad as he ship would look way better with them.

great work. But I suggest that you round out the corners a bit, cause the bottom of a junk doesn't form an angle with the sides... if you get what i mean.

This one looks much better. Although seeing the real (non-digital) thing, with crew and sails would still be better.

I agree the corners of the bottom of the hull need rounding out, for example with those on each side: Or their larger version whose picture I cannot find right now...

Yes, they're easy and good-looking, however I won't be able to use that knowledge as the amount of those little "wing" pieces I own is less than satisfactory

Those would be Benk's cannons if i am not mistaken....
