I am definitely voting yes. The day I get it.... it's indescribable how happy I will be. Also, if you think it's 2nd place to something, please say that.

But since so many people have said it, I want to know if it's unanimous!

Also, sorry if this should be closed.

I don't think so, I like the RGS, AT-TE, and Republic Fighter Tank a lot more than this, even if it does have a lack of clones. Maybe it's because I've never actually seen an AT-OT in action.

It is way, way, way to expensive. Of course, I don't really think anything minifig scaled should be over than $200...

Well, a lot of people are turned off by the price, but remember on Shop@home it is listed in the UCS section and the CW section. I also love the accuracy, if anyone wants to take into matter, with the green seats and the fact that the AT-OT can fit 16 in it's back seats unlike the AT-TE which can only fit 6!

But don't forget it can go with so many combinations, seeing as the AT-TE also hooks up with the LAAT/ as said on Shop@home!

But it is a matter of opinion.

I think it's a nice set with great design and playability, but $350 Canadian is way to much for it :sceptic: . So it can't be the best set out there IMHO.

I voted Yes! This is a fantastic, beautiful set! You get two huge, accurate, minifig-scale vehicles in one set. Also, this is the first set that comes with a somewhat fair amount of clones. And the best part is that it's compatible with the AT-TE! Would have been nice to get a Jedi or at least a clone comander with this set, and the price-per-parts ratio might be quite a bit off, but it still seems to be an excellent set! I can't wait for the price to drop so that I can afford this bad boy! :cry_happy:

Besides, I do not wish to upset the Great Lucas. :sadnew::tongue:

On a side note: I'll be very interested to see someone swap the parts from the dropship with those on the RGS to turn the RGS into an ARC Gunship! :sweet:

This should be in LEGO Star Wars forum, as the Community forum is for Non-LEGO threads.

Last I checked, this is LEGO

On topic, I think the set is a very good set. One I hope to get!

C: This topic is unscientific.

It's a good set, yes, but mostly because it's something we've been asking for. If there was something new by way of minifigs in it, it'd be a yes from me.

What about the UCS Millenium Falcon huh? It's "minifig scaled".

I voted no because to me, the Death Star still seems better.

No, I can't post that because the biggest set I have so far is the Imperial Landing Craft. Don't brag or anything. >.>

Lol. :hmpf_bad:

I almost voted no but I realised it said "Greatest CW Set ever" I thought it said best SW..... ['Cos DS would beat it]

But yeah I agree its the best Clone Wars Set. :classic:

But abit expensive so not sure I can/will get it...

Anyway it is very cool though :cry_happy:

Since the Republic Dropdhip and AT-OT (10195) is a double set, which of the two is better and why?

My answer: Dropship because I already have the AT-TE and I think it would look good with that anyway.

What is your opinions?

Well I would have to say AT-OT once because it has 6 clones and has a lot seating and the other reason that I've always dreamed of a AT-OT with a lot of clones

I can't really make up my mind.

The dropship is perhaps better-designed but the AT-OT will be more useful to me as I prefer ground vehicles.

Can all figs remain seated while the walker's being carried or do the front seats swivel to allow the head to rotate?

I suppose, if they were separate sets, I would rather buy the AT-OT than the dropship as it would likely come with more clones and the dropship is too similar to the LAAT/i to be a really attractive set, in my opinion.

I will say that I am biased towards both and I think it is the best set ever. First is that they finally gave us more clones! Second they finally improved on the gunship noseart and they gave us an awesome pilot! Three the set comes with 2 different vehicles! Four the At-ot is not to scale but looks good enough for me! And 5 well because its awesome!

I said yes as in factor this was the best clone wars ever but not excactly the best lego one. Although they improved on the minifigs and the design, the pricing was just too unreasonable. :hmpf_bad:

I can not choose between those.

They looks so great together really.

I once tryed to build a LAAT, but never finniched it.

Also hope that the AT-TE will be able to rebuild abit so

that the LATT can lift that one as well.

That would be awesome.

Hey TLC, make a replacement parts kit for the AT-TE to fix this nicely for us :classic:

No need; S@H says that it's already compatible!

Thanks Sinner for that heads-up!

Never read the text. I´m to amazed by the pictures of it.

Will read it right away.

Text from S@H:

"Two incredible Star Wars™ vehicles in one!

Flying through the skies of hostile planets, the Republic LAAT/c (Low Altitude Assault Transport/carrier) Dropship swoops down and deploys the AT-OT (All Terrain Open Transport) troop carrier for attacks on Separatist strongholds. Dropship features an opening cockpit, rotating front and rear cannons, auto-firing missiles and armament bay, and a fold-away handle on top. AT-OT features poseable legs, rotating cannons, crew compartment with weapon racks, and folding cockpit and boarding ramp. Drop ship automatically locks onto walker, then releases it with the push of a switch! Also works with #7675 AT-TE Walker. Includes 2 clone pilots and 6 clone troopers."

Such a beauty

I think the AT-OT is better for all the reasons everyone has already said. It has more clone and more playability. The ship is just an empty shell if nothing is attached.

But those are not Clone Wars sets, are they?

If the question was: "Greatest Star Wars set ever?", then I'd say NO!

But since the question is "Greatest Clone Wars sets ever?", then I have to say YES.

It beats the other sets in this sub-theme, it's huge, well designed, astonishing playable and has a load of troops.

What's not to like about it?
