L-space Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 It has been too long since posting my latest Discworld minifigs. Last time I announced "the Beggars" unfortunately I spotted even better heads for them which haven't arrived yet. What did arrive was a black fedora giving me the opportunity to create the creator: sir Terry Pratchett full credits to yellost for coming up with the idea. At the time he didn't have a black fedora, but wanted to get one and it does look better. Thanks again mate. sir Terry Pratchett has written over 30 novels about the Discworld and has been knighted this February for his achievements to literature. The series celebrated its 25th anniversary last year. This vignette is inspired by a photo I found using google when bored, unfortunately I can't find it any more. sir Terry Enjoy. Quote
yellost Posted April 15, 2009 Posted April 15, 2009 mmm, nice he does indeed look better with a black fedora. Now he just needs a classy skull-headed cane to be complete. Quote
LuxorV Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 Very nice LEGOization, L-space So now we have 3 LEGO novel writers around the MCW LuxorV Quote
brickbitz Posted April 16, 2009 Posted April 16, 2009 One of my favourite authors, he has the unique ability to make me laugh out loud whilst reading. Nice vignette, good choice of hat and head I would consider changing the torso and legs, most images you will find of Sir Terry show him wearing black. Quote
