For BZP's BBCC#53 Contest, I decided to make 5 different entries, seeing as I had the pieces avaliable, and I could use the pieces altogether to make a better MOC, because of the pieces are all different colours.

Solian Giant

My only elementally-based MOC for this contest, the Solian Giant is armed with a Cordak Blaster and a dual-laser gun. I found taking photos of this robot kind of annoying, because in quite a number of the photos the eyes weren't equally visible, and I don't have any cheese-slopes in trans-neon orange.

Clock-work Crusader

While building this I had fun sticking gears everywhere, to give the appearance of a cog-driven mech. The armaments of this MOC include the shoulder-zamor launcher, a shield, claws and laser-eye.

I especially like the chest, and although it can't be seen too well on the picture, the chest is filled with gears and has a trans-green saw-blade as the heart/power-source.

Blue Behemoth

Features blue, DUPLO and street-cleaner brushes... For this MOC I focused on securing the five DUPLO tube pieces as armour for the robot. I also learnt a neat trick with DUPLO+SYSTEM/TECHNIC compatibility, which is that TECHNIC tubing fit tightly into a DUPLO stud, as shown on the chest of my MOC.

The articulation of the Blue Behemoth is reasonable, with articulation in the limbs, claws, and shoulder mounted Zamor launchers.

Heavy Artillery Steam Droid

Seeing as I was making so many entries for BBCC, one of them had to be steam-punk.

The Heavy Artillery Steam Droid is armed with two back-mounted cannons connected to the required canisters, as well as two wrist guns. The articulation of the droid is really good, with arm, finger, leg, hip, neck, head, waist and back-cannon articulation points. :classic:

Shadow Enforcer

This was the last MOC I made out of five for BBCC#53. It has a laser gun and claws on either arm, as well as dual flick-fire missiles on one arm, and mega-speakers on the other arm to announce it's arrival and strike fear in it's enemies.

The MOC also contains 4 minifig flippers, 2 bananas, and a takadox head as (robotic) abs.

The head is meant to look something like an evil laughing jackal/hyena head, although I don't think I captured it that well in the photo. :look:

An impressive and very cool work!

I like especially the face and that 'hot' jetpack of the Solian Giant, the fine head and torso design and the neat color scheme of the Clock-work Crusader,

the massive head, shoulders and thighs of that amazingly brushed Blue Behemoth, the interesting chest design of that nice Heavy Artillery Steam Droid

and the head and jetpack of the pretty Anubis-like looking Shadow Enforcer.

Very nice!

I don't know where to start but I'll summarize....

Together, I think that the color scheme is great, the weapons are perfect and the heads are very interesting. But I think that S.G's hands are a bit small...and to be honest, I think silver (or gunmetal) might look better on S.E (to replace the white)...but other than that, KUTGW!!!

Really? I thought they were too big... :sceptic: I'm just annoyed that I couldn't make the fingers orange or red. :sadnew:

That probably would've suited better, but I was determined to use an organic Barraki head in a non-organic way, and I tried my best to include as little silver parts over the entire MOC. Now that I think of it though, A gunmetal Takadox head would've been way better.
