prateek Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 (edited) S@H Link for cake mould I found a cake mould in the shape of a minifig on S@H. It's pretty big too (31 x 20 x 4.5 cm or 12 x 8 x 1.8 in). Sorry if it was already posted. S@H Link for popsicle maker I just found another minifig item on S@H. It's a popsicle/ice lollipop maker. It makes 3 popsicles at a time in the shape of a minifig Edited June 29, 2009 by prateek Quote
Skipper 24 Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 I believe we have seen that, or me anyways. Looks pretty nice IMO anyway. Quote
Paradosis Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 I saw that, but I was wondering, wouldn't all the details get covered up when you put frosting on the cake? Quote
Natman8000 Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 $18.00 USD for a cake mold is robbery IMO. Seriously, that is really expensive. Quote
Peppermint_M Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 $18.00 USD for a cake mold is robbery IMO. Seriously, that is really expensive. Have you seen how much cake moulds cost?! £25 for one shaped like a pirate ship, £30 for a Tender, Engine, Carriage and Guard van Train mould. Then the silicone ones shaped like popular characters can cost up to £20 depending on size and character... So $18 might be a big-ish price but somewhat common. I know this from trying to find a gift for my mum, she loves baking cakes and the more random the shape the better. If the Lego one is out in the UK anytime near a gift giving occasion I might buy one for her... Quote

Darth Legolas Posted June 29, 2009 Posted June 29, 2009 Oh my God! Why would anyone want a cake that looks like a dead guy made of Lego? All you gotta do is make it a frown and put frosting X's over the eyes. A brick cake would be SO much better. Quote

Bartram Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 Never seen that cake mold before, but I've seen the popsicle molds at my local TRU. Might buy the popsicle mold, being summer and all. Quote
posades Posted June 30, 2009 Posted June 30, 2009 First one to post a pic of a real life minifig cake gets umm...my respect? Quote

Commander Flash Posted July 3, 2009 Posted July 3, 2009 That deserves a firm handshake. I wonder how big of a popsicle that is, and what flavor. Looks like it comes out well for a popsicle. Quote
