hawkeye Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 I hope everybody enjoy this review, because it's my first one. I found this set in an old, very small toy shop a few days ago. Name: Satellite with Astronaut Set Number: 6458 Theme: Space Port Year: 1999 Pieces: 31 Minifigs: 1 Price: € 5.09 Germany (converted from DM) 1. Box, Parts and Instructions The front of the box. The side of the box with a second building idea. Here are the content of the box, a small bag, instructions, advertisement sheet, stickers and the ChromeGold Hemisphere. This are all the parts and the minifig included in this set. This is the built set, it's done in a few minutes, but very nice! The 2 parts on the left corner are extra. I like this detailed small Computer. Final: I think this a very nice small set, I will use it in my city for satellite TV Rating from me: 9/10 for the Minifig, I like the bagpack and the helmet with the goldchrome 7/10 for the Parts, because I don't like Stickers, printed parts would be better. 10/10 for the price, it's little bit more expensive as an actual small €2.99 package, but there are more parts. 9/10 overall for me. Thank you very much for reading my first review! please comment, and if you have questions then ask me, no prob! Quote
Lordofdragonss Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Nice review. It have all things good review should have. I remember when I got this set! I still have computer Piece (I always use it as a laptop) and just one satelite wing piece. Stickers are strong- Mine are still in good shape even they were almost 2 summers outside (Yes... I was small and stupid ). But the best part of this set are golden pieces! Shiny! Quote
Alldarker Posted August 10, 2009 Posted August 10, 2009 Hi Hawkeye, Excellent first review with excellent pictures, you should really consider joining the Reviewers Academy! I do feel a bit worried for the astronaut: hope he has some friends in the neighborhood waiting to pick him up in a shuttle, because re-entry into earth's atmosphere with just the jetpack might be a bit... painful. A very nice lucky find; I love finding older discontinued toys in shops, especially for such a fair price! It's a small set with only a few parts, but Lego made it look quite good. Quote

Indeed, why not join the reviewers academy. I think this review will pass right away, but you get better tips from 'experts' there. Greetings Johan Quote
