Thank you very much. ) You're very kind. ) As said above, I never use decals but rely on my painting skills. But I'm sure some talented decal-maker (and there are plenty here.) will be glad to help you. And may even make a better torso, since decal-making in that matter gives much better opportunities. ) What did you use to customize the faces? My hands, brush and a couple of different paints. And inspiration from your kind comments, ladies and gentlemen! ) The Penguin paints all his figures. Indeed so. Thank you. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) Quote
curtisrlee Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 Can you provide a picture of Queen Victoria at an front angle? I need to make a decal of it for Sir Wellington otherwise I'm gonna have to kill myself Quote
Nute Gunray Posted January 24, 2010 Posted January 24, 2010 Good job as always, Mr Cobblepot. Lenin is really nice. My country was under communist control, for the half of the 20th century, so I know much about them. I would be happy if you'd make Mátyás Rákosi, or János Kádár in lego (if you heard about them ) Quote

The Penguin Posted December 20, 2010 Author Posted December 20, 2010 More figs are coming this way, ladies and gentlemen! ) I had a lot of hesitations, if I may say so, about where exactly should I post the figs, here or in Castle ones, still I decided to post them here. This time I'd like you to invite you to the Roman Empire! "Vale, civis! Mihi nomen est Julius." (Good day, citizens! My name is Julius.) "Dives sum Romanus. Vides quanto nee sum veste." (I'm a rich Roman. You can see that by how well I'm dressed.) "Hic est Filius meus." (And this is my son.) "Et hoc Pater noster. Est locuples mercator." (And this is our father. He's a rich merchant.) "Hey, filius! Pigra mancipia dicite toga mundare! Incrassatus est omnia!" (Hey, son! Tell those lazy slaves to clean my toga! It is all greasy!) "Who is there?" (Who's there?) "Imperium mihi centurio! Cedite!" (I'm the imperial centurion! Make way for the Master!) "Octavia domina." (Mistress Octavia.) "Pingvinius dominus." (Master Pingvinius.) "Ut barbaros tunicas fur optimus!" (Those barbarians make excellent fur coats!) Spero parte placebat! Opinionibus, amabo? P.S. That was really hard to remember Latin after so many years, but with the help of the Internet, I hope I haven't made too many mistakes. ) Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) Quote
ADHO15 Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Wow! What brilliant figs, Penguin! The details are fantastic! It must have been tricky to paint such intricate features. Great job on the Sculpey too! Wonderful. I look forward to seeing a MOC with them all. Quote
MrCustomizer Posted December 20, 2010 Posted December 20, 2010 Wow that Centurion is just breathtaking! So is Mistress Octavia and her scuply boobs! But they all look like real figures! Well Done! ~MC Quote
