harrysnapperorgans Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 V-LV-45F The kind of vehicle that makes a middle aged man feel young again. Ah, there's nothing like the feel of wind through your topee! Profile: Front: And the big engine: Car and driver: Hope you like it, Ben Quote
Milan Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Hi, Looking very unusual. I like its shape. And I like how you used different tires. Nice. And the color is the one I like. Maybe red would be more bad a$$ color... Quote
Still Raindrop Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 I like the odd look of the car--it really works! Quote
Big Cam Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Oh my, this is fantastic. I like the curves the body has, it reminds me of a Plymouth Prowler, except not ugly. I especially like the 6 studs to represent the valve cover. Very trick, and think, with a small amount of lengthening, it could me a V8. Quote
squidman85 Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Very good car.It's a strange,with a cool engine and shape.I like it Quote
harrysnapperorgans Posted October 27, 2009 Author Posted October 27, 2009 Thanks for the kind words everyone! I'm still not happy with the front of this car, it looks a little plain. The back end I like though. Milan, I would love to do one in red, but I only have the part that creates the curve over the engine and the front wheels in dark grey . . . And I'm going to work on my photography too! Ben Quote
prateek Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Great job. I agree that the back is better than the front. One thing to improve is to put a door or something beside the driver IMO. Quote

My first version did have white 1x3 doors, but with the rest of the model in gray, the doors didn't look 'right'. Maybe I should add some dark gray doors to my brinklink wishlist? Quote
