ADHO15 Posted October 29, 2009 Posted October 29, 2009 (edited) Here is the first entry to the community build: the mess hall. The mess hall is like the cafeteria on the ship. It's a place where the crew of the ship go when they're off-duty to relax and have a meal. It occupies spaces 6, 7 and 10 on the map of the ship. The mess is a simple room and has four tables and a counter. The basic food is prepared by droids and served on the counter. The crew each take a tray and sit down. Here are some example trays with some food and drink on. The room can be accessed through doors on both sides. A simple mechanism is used to open the two doors. Just slide them together and apart. The tables seat three on each side, making a total of 24 spaces. With the majority of the crew working, the mess doesn't require much space. I know it's LDD, but Eskallon told me I was allowed to use it. Hope you all like it. I welcome any comments or criticism, as always. Edited October 29, 2009 by ADHO15 Quote
Eskallon Posted October 29, 2009 Author Posted October 29, 2009 Here is my own entry to the community build, space 15, I hope you like it. It is a Droid Interrogation room that I created: Above is a few shots of the outside. Some equipment, from left to right: A chain to tie down droids, a tool to look at a droid's memories, an electricuter, and a set of sharp blades to cut open droids. Picture 1: A moveable bed Picture 2: Shut Down Droids Picture 3: A computer I hope you like this entry and feel free to comment in the discussion thread. Quote
I Scream Clone Posted October 30, 2009 Posted October 30, 2009 I decided to have a crack at the Bowling alley. Here are a couple of pics. More can be found in the Flickr link in my signature. Cheers Quote
Millacol88 Posted November 1, 2009 Posted November 1, 2009 Armory/Weapons Depot Overall View: Side 1: Here we see the doorway, as well as a sub-machine gun, some lightsabres, and a phone on the wall so the clerk can take orders. Side 2: This is the dark gray wall that faces the outside of the ship. On it, there hangs a sniper rifle, as well as a Republic insignia. Side 3: Along this wall, there is a gun rack with plenty of standard service weapons, as well as a grenade launcher on top. In the bottom corner, we see a pile of anti-air missiles, and hanging up, there is a time-bomb. Birds-eye View: This view from above shows off the four RPG's, as well as the crate of plasma grenades. Final View: This shows off the curved counter that the clerk stands behind. With Figures: The clerk watches over his depot while two clones browse his wares. Minifigures: Two standard clones and an armory clerk. Some of the Weapons: From left to right: an RPG, a sub-machine gun, a sniper rifle, a grenade launcher, a time-bomb, an anti-air missile and a plasma grenade. Hope you like it. C&C welcome. Quote

Ratshot Posted January 2, 2010 Posted January 2, 2010 Here's my Radar Room, sorry for the delay. I picked the Radar Room because my Grandfather was a radar operator on a ship during WWII. Eskallon Posted January 3, 2010 Author Posted January 3, 2010 I now present to you the: Venator Weapon Control Room Well, here it is. Mainly based on the orbital strike canon room on the venators in Elite Squadren. Many computers and they control the main turrets on the exterior of the main ship. Below is a pic of the orbital strike canon controls. (In the top right hand corner) The room also has some nice doors: When you turn the knob in the second picture the door will open and if you turn it the other way then it closes the door. Below is a simple picture of a clone leaving the room. Well I hope you liked it, there are some more pictures here (when public). Quote
Oky Posted January 4, 2010 Posted January 4, 2010 My first entry: The Battle Strategy Room This room is based on a room from the Clone Wars TV show which is behind the bridge. My version is a little smaller and located on the 2nd Floor. Click here to see a reference pic. Credit to def for that pic. As you can see here, the umbrella thingy can easily be removed A straight-on view where we can see Obi Wan, Anakin, Ahsoka, and Rex engaged in a briefing while a clone is reading a map in the background: A view through the door on the left: Some three-quarter views without the figs and umbrella thingy: Top view: And here are some views of the Back, Left, and Right side. The room without the map screen (which I had to improvise since I don't have the ones Ratshot used in his Radar Room): Hi-res versions of the pics can be found in this brickshelf folder. Quote

Oky Posted January 9, 2010 Posted January 9, 2010 Droid Repair Bay (Venator 2) This where all the broken droids of Venator 2 get fixed. In the center of the room, there is a main repair area where you can see the mechanic, a goose droid, fixing up an R2 unit. In the back, there is a desk with a magnifying glass for more in-depth repairs. A gonk droid is standing next to the desk for extra power supply. This is the wall on the right which features some tools, gas tanks, spare droid parts, and a ventilation shaft. The left wall is where the door is. Next to the door, an ASP droid is waiting for his turn to be repaired. A look through the door: A top view. The pose of the two droids in the center looks a bit awkward from this angle... Click here to view a version of the top view without the droids. Here we can see the goose droid working on an R4 head at the desk. And here is a shot of the three minifigs: the ASP droid, the G2 repair droid, and the R2 unit with a third leg. You can find hi-res versions of these pics in this brickshelf folder. Quote
Mraz Skintas Posted January 10, 2010 Posted January 10, 2010 Armory, Venator 1 The main armory of the ship, located directly outside the mess hall. While this is techniaclly supposed to be two rooms, all ofthe the 16X32 spaces were taken, so I cleared it with Eskallon about me using too rooms for the same effect of one of the larger ones. Overall Birdseye A shot of the door, as well as emergency lights, and a fire extinguisher. Small weapon rack. Two DC-17s and a DC-17 Sniper. That Clone doesn't look too happy about the camera. One side of the main weapon rack. A Clone Captain checks a Carbine out for the range with the Weapons Master. Flamethrower and Rocket Launcher Weapon repair station. Also, the Weapons Master's helmet. It looks really bad close up. The WM working on a broken weapon. Other side of main weapon rack. The back wall. I sorta messed up here, but it could still work. -'Skintas Quote
Pellaeon Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 (edited) Racquetball Court (location TBD) by Pellaeon I haven't signed up for a slot, but I figured it can't be that hard to fill a 16x16 room... especially if it's a racquetball court! It's not my most colorful or most elaborate MOC, but hey, even clones need their leisure time. The view from the hallway -- note I've removed the "glass" to make for better pictures. You'll see the windows and door in the other pics. The room is pretty empty, as a racquetball court would be, but there is a spot to stash your helmet and a sports drink. The clone trooper looks very focused on his game. As always, more pictures can be found on flickr, and comments/criticisms are welcome (over in the discussion thread, of course). pedro Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Turbolaser battery WIP - Venator II Here's initial shots of the turbolaser battery - this Venator is soon to be heavily ordnanced! Oky Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 Hair Salon Have you ever wondered where all the clones get those cool hair cuts? In the hair salon of their local Venator of course! The barbers are modified medical droids. Here you can see a clone getting a buzz cut (with a buzz saw ) and another clone "trying a new look". Below you can see the cashier clerk (who could be seen wiping the floor earlier), the TV he uses to entertain himself, the clone getting a buzz cut, a clone awaiting his turn, and one of those barbershop-spinning-candy-cane-thingies. There are Republic insignias decorating the walls by the door, and there is a table for the clones to put helmet onto. Here's an overview: Proof that the outer wall, one of the shorter sides of the room, is (mostly) dark grey: One of the longer sides. Please ignore the badly applied Harry Potter stickers. More pics in this brickshelf folder. Quote
-JD- Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 "Believe it or not, Clones regularly need to relieve themselves!" -Jedi Knight Toilets Overview: Minifigs: Here is a clone who has just finished doing his...business... Who'd have thought urinals are used by Jedi, especially little green wrinkly ones! Features: Doors to the lavatory: Without the door. NB the round plates were ideal for the seats, because of their holes and the studs allowing the figures to sit on them. Taps, with clear studs as water: Urinal wall. The yellow studs are supposed to be those strange cubes that make it smell nicer. Without minifigures: Quote
Eskallon Posted February 7, 2010 Author Posted February 7, 2010 (edited) Engine Room By The Legonator The engine room is wedged beetween another engine room, and the repair room. It contains two massive engines, a whopping four consoles; one at the back wall, one squished beetween the engines, one beside the massive gear The main console. The main console contains a wheel, designed for immediate shutoff in case of emergancy. The two switches on the side are for immediate shutoff of seperate engines. The red light indicates an emergancy. On the left is the massive gear, and a control console. It connects to the left engine. Not quite surre why I put this in, but it looks interesting. On the the right is the GAR logo, as well as a med. kit (In case of emergancy) and a tool kit. There's also a electrical pump. On the far wall, is the two engines, and a control panel. there are also two wheels to increase the power of the engines. On the close wall, barely visible in this pic, is a control panel. Side notes: This was really fun to build. From the start I wanted this to really look like a busy location, hence all the pumps and wires scattered all over the place. The chain- I thought- was just a fun thing to add, and really completes the look. The grate was a late addition, but makes it look really good, IMO. Lastly are the two supporting beams, which I think were a good idea. Edited February 16, 2010 by Eskallon Quote
CaptainRex110 Posted February 8, 2010 Posted February 8, 2010 (edited) Well here's my Engine Room. I never thought that I would find a use for my two random Turbo Tank wheels. There are four crates filled with supplies underneath the platform. Control platform with stereo, full computer, phone, storage compartment, and guns. The back with access hallway for control platform. Hallway door. Hope you all like it. I had fun. Comments welcome. Brickshelf here (When Moderated) Again, sorry for the poor picture quality.
