Kahgarak Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 Read Ha-Ya-To's quote. He says something to Genki. He and the dude with black hair work together in the set 7705,and therefor the guy with black hair is Genki. Quote
Lord Thrawn Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 Wicked! I'm gonna have to make him one of my Orange Suited Pilots, and upgrade him to field duty. Quote

No, the guy with the black hair is just some generic guy that also comes with Hero Tank and Sentai HQ, and Genki is probably some random guy Quote
The Hordesman Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 No, the guy with the black hair is just some generic guy that also comes with Hero Tank and Sentai HQ, and Genki is probably some random guy If both are random guys, well, voila! Theres Genki the blackhaired due! ;) Quote

Theres Genki the blackhaired due! ;) I said generic, not random. And if Geiken is the black-haired guy, why doesn't he have a bio or appear in any of the Exo-Force movies? -l2k- Quote
Kahgarak Posted January 28, 2006 Author Posted January 28, 2006 Maybe Genki becomes important later...remember Bionicle, the Matoran used to be little useless annoying things, but since 2006 they are suddenly heroes. And the Matoran that become Toa. The same may happen with Genki,kinda-maybe he becomes important later. Quote
Zane Posted January 28, 2006 Posted January 28, 2006 Swiftone says he's just a guy of little importance, and Swift doesn't know if he'll have a big role in the future. TT Quote
Lord Thrawn Posted January 29, 2006 Posted January 29, 2006 Greg Farshtey, one of the LEGO employees who writes the Bionicle Comics and works on Exo-Force, said that although the character used to be called Genki, the people in Denmark decided to drop the name for an unknown reason. He'll always be Genki to me, though. Quote
Echo Posted February 1, 2006 Posted February 1, 2006 Sorry to burst your bubble, but Swiftone on BZP has said that the black-haired guy is a generic Exo-Force soldier. Quote
Kahgarak Posted February 1, 2006 Author Posted February 1, 2006 But Genki was his prototype name. It is much easier and fun to write ''Genki'' than ''Generic Soldier''. Quote
Kahgarak Posted February 1, 2006 Author Posted February 1, 2006 It's the black haired dude with Ryo's outfit.Check out the pinned Gate Assault review. Quote
xenologer Posted February 1, 2006 Posted February 1, 2006 I think he's better of being 'generic soldier' than Genki 'genki' more or less translates from Japanese as meaning 'happy and gay' or 'energetic' I dunno... with a name like that... I'd think he'd be the first one killed off... generic soldier at least has a 50/50 chance Quote
Kahgarak Posted February 2, 2006 Author Posted February 2, 2006 Hmm.I think i'll refer to him as Genki anyway. Quote
Skinny Boy Posted February 6, 2006 Posted February 6, 2006 Is Sensei Keiken in any sets because they have a mf version of him on his profile. And same for the robot 'Meca one' Quote
LegoLover Posted February 8, 2006 Posted February 8, 2006 Is Sensei Keiken in any sets because they have a mf version of him on his profile. And same for the robot 'Meca one' The Sensei is in the new HQ set and the robot in the green spiderlike thing Quote
Kahgarak Posted February 11, 2006 Author Posted February 11, 2006 I have not yet spotted Keiken in any of the HQ pics...you sure? Quote

Hmm...I don't find any pictures of 7709 which shows that keiken is included ! I think the drawing of keiken ontop of the box ( top/right corner ) is just an illustration. Or what do you think ? Or is he the guy on the left tower looking in the air ? Quote
