Posted March 31, 201014 yr Hello, everyone. This is the latest DIY by me. In fact the idea is from SW Episode V - Cloud City. I just finished the tower in the city. Here you can see the building process from the beginning - the base area..... Tower's lower half almost finished The extended pathway from the tower. I need extra transparent brick to give the support, otherwise it will bend。 The upper half..... not much space now, i need to transfer to the dinning table.....ha ha Yeah! Finally finished you can see stromtroopers in the corridor..... The other side is connecting to other building...... Do you remember this classical sence? Tower's upper half is just like a big sail...... This is radar like things at the toppest area of the tower。 View from another side..... Another radar like thing..... I don't know what is this in fact? Tower's supporting part the groundfloor is about the story about Leia's chasing after Han solo being captured...... Space lorry. Crossover with space police..... Space Police is useful in SW series! Lego 7119 should be here of course! Thanks for Watching and feel free to comment Please looking forward to my story section.......
March 31, 201014 yr May I suggest that you edit your post with all the different sizes, and just go with the normal one. It looks like you are shooting out your message. That is a great tower with a lot of details you made Lysander. Nice pictures covering the build. It is always lovely to see how the progress goes. Good idea with the support of the big transparent pieces in the tower. Only thing I misses is a picture with Luke and Vader when Vader tells Luke he is his father. And a reference picture if you can find a decent one. It is hard not to look at all of the things you have in the background as well as the model itself. You really are a SW nerd What is that R2-D2, the trashcan one? Seem to have a really great collection of the LEGO models as well.
March 31, 201014 yr AWESOME design 'Lysander' - question I poss is how stable is it ? Fantastic details all over this MOC - how long did it take you to build ? Great job and I'm a conformist! ! P.S. May The Force Be With You !
March 31, 201014 yr Wow, first off let me say I am in love with your SW/LEGO room. I am really jaelous of that. Secondly, this is impressive. The build is big and requires alot of what I would consider specialty pieces. It was really nicely done too. The details are great. Do you have enough LEGO where you can leave this assembled, or will this have to go to the wayside for new creations?

Yes the R2D2 is a tarshcan but i will not put rubbish inside of course....It contained lots of Lego Keychain and magnet items. Wow, first off let me say I am in love with your SW/LEGO room. I have to disassemble it become i can create new DIY.....But i will keep this for at least a couple of months. MOC looks great but let's talk about your display case! YUM! Will show you soon.....
May 26, 201014 yr Your Moc is amazing I have always wanted to do something like that but I am a little short on cash.
May 26, 201014 yr Wow that is a awesome build very beautiful. And your star wars Lego room awesome I wish mine was that cool and I wish I had your r2-d2 trash can.
May 27, 201014 yr Your room is just too awesome! If i had all that i would be in there 24 hrs a day LOVE the display case and the unit with draws for lego pieces. The build is absolutely stunning! Many many special parts mustve been used here, i see the 3 boxed Mon Calamari sets you have, i see you have plenty of cash for this sort of thing Great work!
June 15, 201014 yr WOW... That's a great MOC Lysander. Excellent job! This is something I haven't seen before and the build is really very good with awesome details. And your SW room: very very impressive... I wish I could have that space, and most especially, the sets!
June 18, 201014 yr Very nice and very impressive, but other than the Cloud Car, it doesn't immediately strike me as Cloud City. If you ever redo it, it would be nice to see a cleaner, sleeker look with lots of smooth white curves.
June 18, 201014 yr That's a great MOC, but didn't Luke fall down a hole before he was hanging from his legs? not much space now, i need to transfer to the dinning table.....ha ha Take those small containers away and you get my worktable.
July 22, 201113 yr Great build, and I will comment on the rest of your collection, Amazing . Although it would be a lovely UCS Colud City set its not reconisable to as Cloud City, and I couldnt find any refrence pics to compare. Looking at your collection surly you have TLG version of Cloud City and you could use these minifigs for a more accurite look. Also I would have liked to see the carbinite chamber but its much better than I have ever made. Keep up the great work.
July 22, 201113 yr This is really impressive, but I'm confused as to which scenes you're showing. Some reference material would help. I second the display case pictures as well.
