As it was written, "One day the Nizam shall rise again and bring upon the land a

great disaster. Many will die as they attempt to reclaim control of the Sands of Time."

This is that story.

Night 1 - It's Always Darkest Just Before the Dawn

As the darkness enveloped the square, a familiar figure emerged from the royal balcony and once again, horns blared to alert the citizens that a proclamation was about to be made.

Good people of Persia, I, Grand Vizier Shadir the One-Eyed, come before you with a simple reminder. KILL. BLOCK. PROTECT! You have 24 hours to send a PM to me detailing your 3 nightly wishes. Or else. :devil:

You may now continue to discuss amongst yourselves or go home to prepare for the jobs at hand. Oh, and don't all of you kill JimButcher, please, it would be a waste at this point. :pir_laugh2:

Include the following in your PM:

  • Who you plan to kill. This should be someone you believe to be on the opposing team from you. Assuming they aren't protected, you aren't blocked, and you live long enough to do it, they'll die in the night.
  • Who you want to protect. This should be someone you believe to be on your own team who might be in danger. If successful, it will protect them from one kill attempt. That doesn't mean they'll last the night if multiple people target them.
  • Who you want to block. This should be someone you believe to be on the opposing team from you. If successful, the actions of the person you block will be canceled or possibly altered.

Don't be surprised if things don't go as you plan, there will be a lot of people doing a lot of things in the night, plus there are many outside factors that you can't possibly account for. Every day AND night will be a surprise.

You know, even with just the one eye, I can still see all of you creeping about and making silly moves that you think are stealthy. :hmpf:

You may speak freely and stand out in the open for now, it is only once you have all gone home (24 hours or all wishes cast) that the games will begin. :pir_laugh2:

Oh my... night has come, and I still haven't found a camel to take me out of this place... How are we supposed to go to sleep, not nowing if we'll wake up the next day?! That's it I'm not going to bed, I'll stay awake! :sing: yawn

Maybe we can organize some sort of neighborhood ostrich patrol that will warn us if the Nizam turn up during the night. If not, I guess we need to hire Lotso's dump truck to clean the mess and take away all the corpses during the next morning. :cry_sad:

I've heard that camel poo is very effective in warding off evil spirits. Just rub in. Anyone care to try before going to bed? Can't hurt you know. :sadnew: A full bucket free to the first 10 who will join the my rent-a-camel VIP club! :thumbup:

You nicely captured Peppermint_M's creation. That's the way we need it... by the way, has anyone seen or heard anything from Peppermint_M? She seems to be one of those quiet ones that were mentioned. :look: Not that I want to suggest that she is Nizam or so, I just noticed that we haven't seen nor heard from her in a few days... :oh:

I'll join the rent-a-camel VIP club! I don't think I'll need the poo though.
