noname Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 (edited) It's a throne built especially for the King of the Lion Kingdom from Kingdoms. Legolas (pun intended), my future sigfig and my presenter will show you the throne's function because I don't have the real Lion king. (I'll give you a hint: it spins) (pic=link) Thanks for looking. lightningtiger Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 Not bad design there 'noname' though a little more gold might help ! I'm a conformist! ! Quote
Flare Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 (edited) Good work, the throne definitely matches the theme. If the back was a little taller and you had more shiny pieces in it, it would be almost the ideal throne! Good work, Noname. Edited August 19, 2010 by Flare Quote
Magnus the Great Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 It is so funny that you named your King Legolas. I use that name too but for a Count. I named my Lion knight leader Aslan. I like how you attached the flags on the back. It's that simple. Still I have not even thought about the idea. Quote

I still didn't decide if he's a paladin or just a normal warrior. Aslan is a great name for him. If TLG will make a Dragon Kingdom King (and I'm sure they will), how will you call it? Pete? lightningtiger, the only gold parts I have are the spyglasses, 1x1 round thingies and jumper plates. (and windows. but I'm not sure these will help), and I have a not-buying-online "policy" Flare, how many 1x4 white plates should I add in your opinion? Quote
Flare Posted August 19, 2010 Posted August 19, 2010 Flare, how many 1x4 white plates should I add in your opinion? Hmmm.... somewhere between 2 and 4, you'd have to decide on your own. As I don't have the physical object its hard to make a precise guess. Quote

I'll take picture of it soon, I'll just find the parts. I think 3 would be good. I can take pictures of "instructions" and post them here, if you want. Quote
noname Posted August 19, 2010 Author Posted August 19, 2010 (edited) I took picture of the adjustment- I've added to 4x1 plates. Comparison of the higher and the lower thrones: Without Legolas, (Sorry for the bad quality in the first picture) With Legolas: Edited August 19, 2010 by noname Quote
Hoboman Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 I like the taller back much better. It looks more like a thrown that way. Overall I think you did a good job. Quote

Captain Blackmoor Posted August 20, 2010 Posted August 20, 2010 Wheeee! It can turn around! A great chair which fits perfectly with a noble king. To improve it you probably can use some distinguished colours like dark red, dark green or dark blue. Some peal gold or chrome silver also helps. Quote
