Battle Droid Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 a imperial shuttle i made out of the pieces i had im not sure if it's midi or what it is Quote
Legostein Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 Hello! It's clearly recognizabel as Lambda shuttle. When I understood you correctly you had a limited parts variety when building it, but you did it quite well then. Defining scales is difficult, as even the ships sold officially by LEGO® in the same scale are not to scale with each other. I understand "midi" as a size that is slightly too small for minifigs to fit in, so midi would work well for your shuttle. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
ThatGuyWithTheBricks Posted August 24, 2010 Posted August 24, 2010 What's with all these Midi's? Very nice! Considering that you admit to using limited parts, I hope that you are not done with this. So I'll give you a bit of advise. 1. I think the chassis is a little wrong. Use this picture as a reference. 2. One of the most defining features of the Lamda is it's sleekness. To get around that, you can try to make it as SNOT as possible. Great job! Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 Considering the limited parts that you had, I think you did a pretty good job on this Imperial Shuttle. You got the basic shape and overall look right, never mind the minor inaccuracies as you could always improve on them when you have the right parts. Nice job Battle Droid! What's with all these Midi's? Great job! It's the mini-/midi-/micro- vehicles/ships season I suppose. Quote
