The hard part about building steamers is getting 'em to go around curves!:tongue:

After that they're pretty easy.

I wanted this to have the feel of a early railroading era engine. A newly built line's first engine, for example. Maybe 1840's-ish?

The front is solid and the back truck has to swivels to allow sideways motion on the curves

This is a real C&C - that's CUTE and CLEVER :wink: - excellent piece of designing there 'Unitron6991' and I'm a conformist! ! :sweet:

Nice job, captures the look of an early steamer well. Do you have any larger close up shots of the way you've articulated the rear truck? I can't quite tell from the picture.
