Brig. Brick Posted October 23, 2010 Posted October 23, 2010 a promise is a promise! first of all, I apologize for the quality of pictures, but I think you can appreciate the idea. materials: - paper - pencil - pen - scissors - compass (drafting), if not, you can use a coin or a rounded plate - hole puncher - glue - ruler start: 1.draw three little circles on the paper. their radius is as long as your minifig wants see: 2. cut them, and punch the center 3. cut a radius to the center, and start folding the paper like an acordeon. before that, you can draw a pattern on the edge 4. once the paper was folded, start glued every one with each other, like a chain 5. now, it is ready to use, but you will see a big hole on the center, so, you will need fold it again, and when you put the necklace on the minifig, you sould press it with the minifig head 6. when you finished, you'll see something like this: P.S. the Hand fan will be sold (or made) separately look carefully, this design can be used in Rio or in the Mardi Grass Quote
