Captain Genaro Posted October 26, 2010 Posted October 26, 2010 This is B.A. Baracus from The A-Team. ( T.V. series, not the movie ) I tried to base it off of this picture while still giving the costume an amature feel to it. This is my first custom ever so any tips or help is appreciated. Theme: The A-Team Character: B.A. Baracus Cost: $5, $2.50 clay, $1 thread, $1.50 character. Finally, Comic Con. The time we have all been waiting for. You work on your costume, study video, and finally it all pays off. This is what Mr. Ryan Anderson was thinking when he signed up to help out by putting up posters. He was in such a good mood. His boss was out of the office and all of his friends were at home enjoying the day off. Yes, this will be the perfect day. As he put up pictures of his favorite T.V. show ever, The A-Team, he hummed the theme song to his self. Suddenly, a chill went up his spine. " Ryan " said a all to familiar voice. " What are you doing out of the office?" "Umm hi there boss. Er, I um, was uh, going to the office to finish the presentation and got uh, lost!" " Well, don't worry about going to the office Ryan, I brought everything you need right here so you can finish it. Now, I am off to go have a good time. Have a good day Ryan." Scene No Figs Front Side Back I hope that you enjoyed my entry and that it is not too late. Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Nice entry Capt. Genaro! That's Mr. T right? It's nice to see him in minifig form with his mohawk. Clever use of the thread for the bling-bling too. Good luck! Quote
prateek Posted October 27, 2010 Posted October 27, 2010 Very nice! I like the individual necklaces It looks like Mr. T. pulled a Homer Simpson Quote
Captain Genaro Posted October 27, 2010 Author Posted October 27, 2010 Thank you all for your nice comments. Yes that is suppose to be Mr. T as B.A. Baracus. I am glad that you like the bling. The threads were a pain to try and keep together. For some reason, thread does not seem to like me. Quote

CommanderFox Posted October 28, 2010 Posted October 28, 2010 (edited) Nice entry Capt. Genaro! The sculpted front torso seems to be very popular to lots of people who have entered. Nice little back drop and short story! And good luck in the voting! C-Fox Edited October 28, 2010 by CommanderFox Quote
