Plissken Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Here is a quick build I did today. The color choice in the front was a little bit forced (lack of parts in yellow) but I tried to use it as a concept (like the grey stripe which ends on the engine). I didn't photograph the bottom because it's really ugly. Maybe I find something to improve it but for now this is the result. Enjoy. A small one-engined speeder with two seats and nothing more. It's made for fun, cruising down the streets of Coruscant or highspeed races over the wide deserts on Tattooine. KimT Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 I just saw this on flickr and thought - why hasn't he posted it? And you just did Good job - it's very Nabooish in my opinion. blogged Quote
Brickdoctor Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 Good job - it's very Nabooish in my opinion. And helped in that regard by the fact that he used the printed Naboo writing tile. Pretty nice job, Plissken. Shaping is nice. Quote
BrickArtist Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 (edited) Good job - it's very Nabooish in my opinion. blogged My thoughts exactly. Looking good, I like the yellow and Tan, it's a great combo. Nice job Edited January 19, 2011 by brickartist Quote

Brickdoctor Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 This looks awesome. Nice decals(I think?), and the engine looks nice. Great job I'm not seeing any unofficial parts there... Quote
Darth Yogi Posted January 19, 2011 Posted January 19, 2011 I'm not familiar with the printed yellow control panel, but, I guess I'm wrong . Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 I really like this speeder a lot Plissken, I think the yellow color scheme look rather good for a Coruscant vehicle, with nice highlights of tan and dark bley. The overall shape is very sleek too. Great job! Quote
lightningtiger Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Excellent speeder 'Plissken', and yeah, the colours would work in Naboo ! May the brick be with you ......always ! Quote
Flare Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Very nice speeder, I like it The colors are great. Quote
Ras 74 Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Very much Naboo style over it as Kim said. A nice little speeder, and I like the differnt colours of the "hood" and also that printed yellow slope you used in the cockpit. Very well! Quote
Masked Builder Posted January 20, 2011 Posted January 20, 2011 Great shape! The color of it makes it possible to put in either environment. Though I think it'd be a bit more bit up if it was on Tattooine. Nice work just the same! Quote
Plissken Posted January 30, 2011 Author Posted January 30, 2011 Thank you all for your comments. All parts are official. The printed piece in the cockpit says "Mission Deep Sea", it was available in the Alpha Team theme. As far as the mentioned printing goes, don't look to close at every detail Quote
apemax Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 Really good speeder. Great design. Well done. Quote
Stardusty Posted January 30, 2011 Posted January 30, 2011 It looks really nice and aerodinamic. You have find a good use for yellow pieces that appear in to many sets. Quote
