M<0><0<DSWIM Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Here's yet another Steampunk SW vehicle! I tried to resize these pics so Kieldaman won't Kiel me! Top view: Back view (notice the furnace): Luke and R2-STEAM-2: Quote
Brickdoctor Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Resizing looks good! Inside Comment:Heh, I remember this one. If only I had been around to take it down... <end inside comment> Great job with it. What I like is that even though the dimensions and stuff aren't really accurate, (which you can blame on the sets) it captures the feel of 4502 and 6212. I did notice though, did you intend to place the cheese wedges on the guns the other way around? It looks like the flashback suppressors are facing backwards. Quote
Legostein Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Hello! The AstroSteam Droid is a really lovely detail and my favourite within this creation. Cheers, ~ Christopher Quote
AussieJimbo Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Wow, great idea, beautifully executed. I love R2-Gear2. Fantastic work. :classic: Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 I tried to resize these pics so Kieldaman won't Kiel me! Haha, nice pun Mood, and no I won't 'Kiel' you anymore. Seriously, I appreciate the resized pics, thank you. And as always, another high-quality Steampunk SW creation, I simply love the propellers for the quad engines! Impressive work, and pls. keep these wonderful MOCs coming. Quote

I did mean to pit the slopes the way I have them. THis is a detail that's supposed to look more like crosshairs on the machine guns rather than emulating the "real" X-Wing guns. Quote

iamded Posted February 5, 2011 Posted February 5, 2011 Oh, I do love a good Steampunk creation. Very nice job you've done here, um... I don't know how to pronounce that, so I'm just gonna call you Moodswim. Anyway, sweet creation you've made. I do like the patterns on the wings, it looks nice. Quote
