Hello there folks,

I made this space cruiser a couple of weeks ago, and I'm pretty happy with the end result. Although I was almost out of dark bley tiles- and bricks, I was able to finish it. Constructive criticism is welcome. :classic: If I would have to criticize it myself, I would say that I should add some more details, like some light armament and greebly stuff. I did actually try to design a bunch of light cannons using levers (bley base, black lever), but unfortunately, that didn't turn out the way I liked it.

That's greay, love the turrets. Reminds me off Battleship Yamamoto. :sweet:

Except no wave motion engine/gun.

Looks like a fantastic fusion of said Space Battleship Yamamoto and Babylon 5 Earth Defence ships......those turrets  and the overall look  - AWESOME work 'Hollander' and Brick On Battle On !

Thanks for the nice comments!

By the way; after I already posted the pictures, I noticed that the ship at the second picture hadn't been updated with some extra tiles at the sides and top.

I dig.

There's a sense of realism, it actually feels like what a space cruiser might actually look like. Simple, a bit utilitarian - opposed to some other ships out there that are completely fanciful. Not that there's anything wrong with that either, but it's refreshing to see stuff like this.

And of course the build is self is great, I love your use of studs. Very effective and gives a great 'rivet' feeling to it.

Well done!

(also nice lighting too! - makes it really feel like it's in space!)
