I stopped going through the list after the first few were all custom torsos and just assumed they were all custom designs.

Maybe they could be grouped under the heading "Official PIRATES/SAILORS"? :-$

You're maybe right about the grouping.

I will give it some more thought.

One remark: Normally the library is only for posting torso's, discussions like these should be done this thread.

Maybe they should be grouped under a new heading "Official IMPERIALS", because they aren't specifically French and British in the first place anyway.

At the time I made the library I didn't know this.

But with all the discussions about this, I changed my mind.

I will think a bit more about it.

I have just created the uniform of a Russian officer of jaegers/chassuers. Hence the slight olive tinge in the green, otherwise it would be a dark forest green. To complete an authentic jaeger/chassuer uniform, the trousers and arms sould match in colour.

Also, how do I know what size I should use to fit my army?

Plus, Can anyone upload some blank Templates so I can colour them in.

I hope to create an entire line of Russian, Venetian, modern Chinese, and soviet uniforms. In Addition I will add some fantasy uniforms for Britain, France, and others as I feel.

Also, i want to make Napoleon's traditional green uniform. Bonaparte made an excellent blue dress, but in the field and in most descriptions of him, he wears a dark green Chassuer's officer jacket. (Trimmed with red and gold).

Could someone do me a Favor?

Could some take the Imperial Gaurd Admiral, colour the little white things around the opening to the shirt red, and trim it with gold? Then add a small ascot that dosn't cover anything up? I'm trying to make a mozart figure, and I decide it would be the best torso to modify... Decal wise...

A LEGO "Systemized" Version of Jack Sparrow!

Also, before it's put in the gallery, could someone resize it so it dosn't have to be indiviualy reesized for everyone? I was unable to figure out how to do this this before posting it, and I don't want to resize before printing. Pretty Please! PRETTY PLEASE!

You're right, but most of these uniforms are made by individual users so sometimes colors are not correct. So most of the time I alter them a bit if I plan to use a certain uniform. Did you already try to make some torso's? Have anything to show?

Very nice designs Sir Norrington! They are now part of the library.

It think is is best to do the resize after downloading in order not to lose quality.

Maybe you can use a modified version the batch image resize tutorial of Mr. Phes?

EDIT:

I was toying around with paint (Where I make all my decals) And I decided to make Gov. Boradside more accurate to the Pirate Comic by adding the Red Sash and Yellow ascot he has in the comic. Also, for decoration and the fact that I was very bored, I added red in the middle of the buttons, Id get rid of it but the Paint yellow dosn't match the torso's yellow as you can see with the ascot... But the extra red makes him better for a French officer or a British officer who for some reason want to be confused with a French Officer and be shot by his own men...

Anyways, Here's the design!

I just checked and paint has an excellent resize feature.

There are not so many options, so it should be easy for you to find.

I have a dutch version, so I don't know how this menu will be called in English...

It's called Image, this is how you do it : Image -> Stretch/Skew and the resize dialogue box will appear.
