Si-MOCs Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Victor Fries takes a break from his work and kneels before his wife and looks upon her frozen face... frozen tears build in his eyes until he can't look any longer. "My Love ... My Nora..." "I do it for you. I will do anything for you." "I will save you...." Quote
surrideo Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 Very simple and "clean" apart from the hoses everywhere Beautiful lighting and reminiscent of the scene from the horrible horrible George Clooney Batman film. The new hulk figure in a different colour could be the closest thing to a lego Arnie though Freeze is a very complex character, sorely underused in the comics and famous a bit like the mad hatter because of the sixties show. This however is nothing like that, great entry Quote
gcanik Posted November 28, 2011 Posted November 28, 2011 The lighting totally makes this MOC. Great Job! Quote
The Penguin Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 A very fine MOC! The colour choice is unusual, but works perfectly! Those colours make me think of Batman & Robin for some reason. Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) Quote
Vindicare Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 (edited) Very cool. I love the lighting, gives a nice atmosphere for the subject matter. The eerie blue light reminds me of Fries from the movie. Edited November 29, 2011 by Legocrazy81 Quote
Brickmamba Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 yep the lighting really makes this moc shine, literally Quote
Sam Vimes Posted November 29, 2011 Posted November 29, 2011 I love how you did the Lighting Glow for this MOC...Well Done... Quote
Si-MOCs Posted November 30, 2011 Author Posted November 30, 2011 Thanks for all the comments everyone! appreciate it. I had definitely the lighting in mind and built the moc around it. Though a few days removed from the photo shoot the neon green might have come out a bit much... maybe more subdued next time Those colours make me think of Batman & Robin for some reason. I'm not sure if that's a complement or an insult ? Quote
The Penguin Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 I'm not sure if that's a complement or an insult ? Not sure myself. Let's consider that as a compliment to your MOC for being so stylish! Good day, ladies and gentlemen! ) Quote
Vindice Posted November 30, 2011 Posted November 30, 2011 nice job indeed! The lighting is very cool! Quote
XimenaPaulina Posted December 1, 2011 Posted December 1, 2011 Quite an emotional entry SI, I could really feel Fries' disillusioned but true love for his dear wife Nora from the perfect positioning of the minifigs and the effective lighting. Great job and good luck! Quote
