The 9th Legion of Avalonia is the home-guard of Albion. Their barracks are made of simple wood, on a stone surface on the inner sanctum of Albion (plot number 10). Their leader is a dwarf called Alsoin Strongaxe. Here are some images of the barracks with me standing outside of them.
