Hey Guys,

Here are a couple of Hurricane tracking maps I designed for the Weather Research Center in Houston Texas to gets kids more interested in weather. The big one cost a fortune. This was my first mosaic, there is a lot I would do differently if I were to do it again. Live and learn.

Here is the small scale map (my little hurricane symbol was later improved with a 2x2 flat black round):

Here is the giant map (a work in progress with an apple for scale):

The final Product!:

Here are some smaller models I ordered as freebies for the kiddies.

Cloudy (clear bricks support the cloud despite looking white):

This is on Caroline, right? It's on the bike path to my office :) I've never been inside, but now I have a good reason. I really like your use of wedge pieces for the difficult angles of the Gulf Coast.

Pfft. There's no need for a snowflake in this area...

This is a great idea and fantastic execution. You captured Florida spot-on - most people just add a little blob in the corner and call it a state. :laugh_hard: Very nice hurricane symbol too.
