Si-MOCs Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 [pid][/pid] 125D Edit: I rebuilt this for Brickworld, extended it and beefed it up some more... Hope you like it: I decided to take a different route and try to build something I've never done before - a Brick Built ship. Using the new lovely Bounty Destiny set - I decided to try my hand at a Junk ship! LUG Showcase by Ricecracker., on Flickr (The façades and lighthouse were built by Ricecracker ) And just the ship: Chinese Junk ship by Si-MOCs, on Flickr This version was cut short due to the need to fit inside the window - I plan on rebuilding it and making it longer ... Any suggestions from you fine Ship Builders? -- Some of you may have remembered my title from a few months back: junk in my trunk by Si-MOCs, on Flickr So I had to do fulfill the prophecy: Junk... In my trunk! by Si-MOCs, on Flickr Quote
prateek Posted March 7, 2012 Posted March 7, 2012 Awesome! The SNOT front is really nice, and your colour selection is great. It really adds to the unusual shape. Nice job incorporating those Ninjago into a normal looking MOC Also, kudos to Ricecracker. That tower is real nice. BTW, is this at Sherway? I saw ToroLUG's CMF MOC at Fairview today and I've got to say great job! Quote

Si-MOCs Posted May 27, 2012 Author Posted May 27, 2012 The ship didn't survive well after last show, so I rebuilt it. Better than ever! Quote
Big Cam Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 The ship didn't survive well after last show, so I rebuilt it. Better than ever! Post it! Quote
Sebeus I Posted May 27, 2012 Posted May 27, 2012 Wow, it's practically a whole new ship, it's like double the size of the previous version The cabin looks very nice. Quote
Laura Beinbrech Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 The old one was good, but the new version is much better! Are you going to post any interior shots? Also, are all those cannon ports functional (as in they have cannons behind them)? Excellent work though... Not too often you see ships with entirely brick-built hulls around here. Quote
