Dear members,

Actually I was building on my Eastern Pirate MOC but then I came across Kurigan's Custom Swivel post.

After watching his design I came up with a Swivel that's able to move up and down and looks pretty Decent IMO.

Too bad there is only one piece that's off the color scheme but painting it black would do!

Here he is:

The Bucket-swivel :pir_laugh2:

Feel free to use this design but a proper credit would be great!

Nicely done, It's unlikely I'll use it, I only have one bucket and none of those pieces you used as barrel end :pir_bawling:

Clever design though.

yeah and buying 8 buckets to just paint them would be a pricey customize :pir_laugh2:

The best swivel gun esing so far! And the most realistic if i may say so. What piece did you use at the barrels end?

Captain Becker

To be honest I have no idea.

They are official lego pieces and I do have four of them so far.

maybe someone else can help you find which brick this is.

I didn't expect that. :pir_laugh2:

Genious use of the bucket there! Shame those are not available in black or grey.

I might use this sometime, but is it balanced? Or does it keep tipping over?

I laughed at your bucket invention, so you got a title for this. :pir_yoda:

Thanks for the Title ! :pir_laugh2: you cracked me up!

About the Swivel:

It is balanced because the leg piece is pretty tight towards the bucket.

But the swivel stays up pretty well IMO.

There is only one thing that you have to do.

Put some soft clay in the bucket mound to let the round stud stick into the bucket.

Otherwise the swivel breaks up in two :pir_laugh2:
