Next step: getting the arm done! I would really like to see that happening, that would be valuable in classroom use.

I'm not too affluent in the mech engineering part (my skills in software are much better and I know basic electronic skills as well).

Hmmm... Makes me wonder how this would work in a trial truck... Would the gears pop out of gear and click?

well, i actually had an idea similar to this one. I'd really like to use it in a car or a truck. Sadly, it does not look particularly durable.
