Backstory

Fred Blanders is a distant relative of someone from Springfield (I believe a neighbor of some guy named "Homer"). He's a devout Catholic and preaches the word of God to other Gothamites who lost their way through his small congregation. He is very cheerful and full of positivity even though his neighborhood has the highest crime rate in all Gotham. This cheerfulness leads to him getting mugged and his house looted all the time (his choice of suits does not help either). His best friend is a small-time drug dealer that scores money from him and in return gives him some special brownies. He loves those brownies because it lets him talk to God live in person when he eats one. Blanders does not like Batman because he thinks that men who wear leotards (especially in black) are evil.

Thanks guys. I was just playing around with my Hippie and Daredevil CMF when the idea of creating a fig that looks somewhat like Ned Flanders came up.

Anyway, great contest Penguin. People came up with great ideas.
