That's a nice Pearl, but the mast are somehow too low? I mean, the length of the masts not proportional to the length of the ship?

I do remember a quite similar Black Pearl though, made by gatorzip02.

I do believe that the stern is very much inspired by the video-game Black pearl, which is why they are so alike.

Good find. There seems too be a lot of black pearl MOC's. I don't blame them as I hardly find the official lego BP worthy of the the actual ship.
