In a members only thread on 1000steine someone posted he has the new 2007 catalog. Unfortunately he doesn't have scans. Their site admin confirmed the catalog.

What's in it:

12 pages of City stuff (yay) with

  • Garbage Truck EUR 14.99
  • Cement Mixer EUR 14.99
  • Gas Station EUR 35.99 (no mentioning if licensed, like Shell or anything)
  • Container Transport EUR 16.99
  • Harbor EUR 79.99 (this seems to be big: harbor, crane, truck, container ship, containers). The containers are new ones (again :-|), they are 10x6x5 studs.
  • Spongebob 3825 (EUR 24.99), 3826 (EUR 36.99) and 3827 (EUR 57.99)

No new Space or Castle.

That's all that was mentioned.

UPDATE by Yoda: I added here the link provided by Hobbes for simplicity !!

It was/is a gas station "theme". I don't think they have a new "license" (or consent) from any of the bigger oil corporations. Octan's been around for quite some time now...
Octan is a real company *wacko* ? I thought it was something LEGO invented :-/ .

BTW, shouldn't this be in the T&T forum?

It really sounds great :-)

Just a question. If someone has the 2007 catalog, and in this catalog there are those new city sets, are those sets will be released in the first middle year? Or is the catalog the second one (august-decembre version)? It seems that it can't be the second version if we don't find the new space and castle sets... I wante them before august :'-)

The first half of the year catalogues tend to have pics of some of the second half of the year sets as well. I wouldn't be surprised if there's some other new stuff in this catalogue as well.

Uh, it is. I meant that I doubt they have new licenses (like Shell and the like) and stick with Octan - which isn't a license...

The catalog is general and more info might pop up, so it's best here I think...

At this time of year it's definitely the first half catalog. And as Sam said, there sure will be other new stuff in it, just no one has said anything about it yet (1000steine has mostly T&T fans).

It's weird there is nobody on this forum who found the catalog yet :-/ . We have German members, too. We even have a German member working in a German toy store ;-) .

I'll go check at a local toy store on my way home today. I'm not hopeful it's there, though. If I can make it to a TRU to check I can't say (most likely not today)... I want to see pics so badly... ;-)

Yoda:

Its normal that the catalog is missing all the mid year sets and themes hehe, so nothing to be alarmed yet my Lego fans !! All we need is atience like always !!

Do you read his books ;-)? Are they any good :-D?

I hope the Sponge Bob sets are as good as the Krusty Krab set was.

The harbor sounds interesting too.

Steve, anxiously awaiting pictures

Just to clear things up, the Spongebob sets are the same as the sets released this year in the US, not new sets. They're being released in 2007 in Europe, however.
