MstrOfPppts Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Well our little friend Admiral pastry sure was busy the last few days, sneaking in our profiles and changing our signatures using a few special powers he has. But let me tell you a story about his fencing skills in times when I was still a rookie. I already wanted to post it yesterday, but evidently he sabotaged the whole forum ... here it goes: Quote
Mr Spielbrick Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Huzzah! A funny, true-to-life early comic from our trusted quartermaster. Quote
ZCerberus Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Oh snap!! Poor pastry. Nice trunks though! Quote
Frank Brick Wright Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Funny As if anyone believed that happened… Quote
Brickington Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Four people believed it happened and one didn't, maybe your just bias. Quote
Antonio Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Nice dream you had there fishface.Too bad this isnt the "what i dreamed" forum Quote
Scorpiox Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Excellent work, MstrOfPppts! It is just unfortunate that Croissant's croissant is no match for the Redcoat steel! Quote
Admiral Croissant Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 Well played... also smart to choose a rather rare head for your minifig. I don't have that one but I'll take revenge one way or another! Also, don't trust my croissants, you never know what I stuffed into that pastry. In the last tournament it was concrete sometimes. That's why you don't see me eating one very often. Quote
Captain Green Hair Posted December 4, 2012 Posted December 4, 2012 That sure was a good laugh! Everybody knows a fencing course is better served in battle then a baking course. Quote
Capt. Stabbin Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 I didn't think that the pastry even knew that fencing was! Quote
Esurient Posted December 5, 2012 Posted December 5, 2012 Well those were the days... looks like the Redcoats will be in for a great surprise this time round. Our great Admiral is not an Admiral for nothing, we might lose the battle but will win the war! Quote
Brickington Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Well those were the days... looks like the Redcoats will be in for a great surprise this time round. Our great Admiral is not an Admiral for nothing, we might lose the battle but will win the war! If we did it once, we can do it again. Quote
Sebeus I Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Nicely done, I really like that fight-cloud. technically this is a great comic, the story is understandable even without the text. Nice background as well. ...Now, I do not agree with the outcome of the fight Quote
Grimmbeard Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 You Lobsterbacks don't know what's coming to you! Quote
MstrOfPppts Posted December 6, 2012 Author Posted December 6, 2012 I'm glad you all appreciate it! Nicely done, I really like that fight-cloud. technically this is a great comic, the story is understandable even without the text. Nice background as well. Now there's a smart Bluecoat, for a change. Hey there's still time to switch sides ;) Quote
Mazin Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 Why is Admiral wearing my nightgown? Oh and Davy... You should really quit spaghetti, You got it all over you Quote
Walter Posted December 6, 2012 Posted December 6, 2012 And so... It begins! [bloggedcp][/bloggedcp] Quote
dr_spock Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Ha. I used to teach fencing. I could you give you some lessons if you'd pledge your allegiance and loyalty to Red Coats. Quote
Mazin Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 (edited) "teach fencing"?... maybe with a spork... go play with your rope Edited December 7, 2012 by Mazin Quote
Grimmbeard Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 Aye, I can think of a few good uses of rope for those redcoats! Quote
Brickington Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 However, we have the ropes and you don't! Hahaha! Quote
Grimmbeard Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 The question is, my good man, is whether you're even able to use them! Quote
Esurient Posted December 7, 2012 Posted December 7, 2012 The question is, my good man, is whether you're even able to use them! It will just be a heap of tangled mess. Quote
dr_spock Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 (edited) "teach fencing"?... maybe with a spork... go play with your rope Ok, lets go play with my rope. Not as much fun as fencing with a spork, eh? Edited December 8, 2012 by dr_spock Quote
Brickington Posted December 8, 2012 Posted December 8, 2012 The question is, my good man, is whether you're even able to use them! It will just be a heap of tangled mess. Well just take a look at the picture above me! Quote
