Really?? That was the best MOC i saw that day! Do you have pictures of it? I am new to the Star Wars part of EB btw lol

Anio reaching for credit where it isn't actually due...

Rast, yours is different enough that I don't feel it 'stole' from Anios one. When people do moc's of certain vehicles, there will naturally be a way where certain pieces are best used. So don't worry about him. I do really like your Jango's version, It differs plenty from Bobas one and perhaps one day I may bring myself to make one if I can spare the money! Glad you spared it first though, at least I get to see it in pics =D

I saw Fuppylodders on the right of the screen for the last message posted, I immediatly thought "Here we go for stupid messages..."

Bingo !

And I did not write that he stole anything. :o

asking for credit when he hasn't given any is basically implying he has stolen ideas due to lack of credit. Seeing your response, I instantly thought 'oh here we go again, with the stupid replies... ' and sure enough,

Bingo!

*edit* Anyway, let's not tarnish Rast's good moc with our disagreements, we can continue in private message if you so wish.

Using the glass canopy piece pretty much sets up the scale and so certain pieces to be used. How did you start with your one Rast, what was the starting point for your creation?

Thanks for your comments bro. I saw Cavegod's at a lego show and that was the inspiration( who i only found out today built that one, which i am made up about) as for size i could only go with what i have! and i wanted to update the grey on TLG slave 1 so i wanted to use as much as i could of that set. I might go back and redesign it. I hope you have ago I would like to see another jango Slave 1!

You guys need to stop going at each other. I am very tired of it. Personal attacks are against the rules here; consider this your final warning.

I am not sure what the issue is here Anio. Are you saying this is someone else's MOC that he is posting? There are only so many ways you can build the same ship, so some overlap between MOCs is to be expected...

It is my MOC. I have the pics to prove it :)

No, it is his MOC. I just meant that he could credit where he took the inspiration.

There are numerous things that are absolutely the same on my model and on his.

I think I am objective when I say that his model is much closer to mine than Cavegod's model. I guess Pete can second that too.

(excepted the plate wings near the wings (2x4 instead of 3x3), the skirt is totally the same, the tail is the same and uses the cheesy slopes, tiles and grilles at the same place, the round shapes around the windscreen is the same too, the gradient uses the same technique with hinge)

Again : I'm glad he has his own Slave and enjoys it.

I just think it's cool to give credit.

I always do it my self, even for tiny things. On my Republic Cruiser for example : http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=63769

(before the third pic)

But I agree : it is not a big deal, and I can do without it. :)

Yeah its more similar to anios and TLG versions than mine but who cares right? Either way it looks like jangos and as soon as drk blue curved corner bricks are released you should add them!

As for pics of mine just search cavegod2009 on flickr.
