In the Christmas holidays we all can find time for our favorite things!

My wife jogs and son walks with his dog Toby. Even the ever-serious Mr. Ivanov forgives my son's little antics. And I immerse myself with pleasure in reading adventure books in our village library.

Enjoy your holidays!

This is a great model, viracocha! It looks like it would fit into the winter village wonderfully. The little details on the building really make this look special: the wind vane, the desk on the upper floor and the bookshelves are all nice touches. I also like the recessed windows behind the tan arches.

This is a really cute building, just like the Winter Village series. You've done a great job on the interior also.

I like how you have done the cutaway at the back. You don't realise from the front how open and accessible the interior is. Very clever!

Thank you all for the kind comments!

I am glad that you have noticed that! The building was made for the playing and my son now intensively use it in his games now!

Nice job! It looks really good; I like all the interior details, especially the desk lamp upstairs. And... is that an eavestrough? Awesome! and good luck.

What could be better with all this Christmas stress around one than sitting down in a library and reading! Great entry!

Oh... I think it might be more commonly called a rain gutter. I thought the piece along the bottom of the roof sort of looks like one. If it isn't, it is a really nice finishing touch to have an edging for the roof.

Glad that it is all clear now!

I hope that snow on the rain gutter looks real.

That is really nice!

The exterior reminds me old village houses we have here in french like post-offices!

Like the interior also, you managed to re-create that cosy ambiance-style of a library, especially on ground floor!

Maybe you could add more books on 1st floor that looks like between a bedroom, office and library.

Great job; congrats!

May be I should build the french post office?!
