Gunman Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Hey there guys, This is my moc for Mitgardia Trade/Economy Titans challenge In a small island near the orcish marches, some fellow mitgardians collect some of the most tasteful grapes along all historica lands... For ages they produce the best wine in Historica.. the "Green Glades Wine" 476A0369 by GunmanLurikeen, on Flickr Giorgos Quote
Gideon Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 Both the color scheme and the almost total lack of straight angles are fantastic! And that wine press is just brilliant :) Quote
nivremis Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 So. Much. Win. Love the wine pouring out of the little tube into the barrel. Quote
soccerkid6 Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 The border is genious, I love the organic shape you can make using that technique Excellent landscaping as well Quote
Brickington Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 This looks very professional. I love the style you have in the MOCs you make. Quote
Gunman Posted February 28, 2013 Author Posted February 28, 2013 thanks a lot guys :) SK idd i wanted a border being able to take various shapes/angles and i may stick with it for my small/medium mocs Quote
de Gothia Posted February 28, 2013 Posted February 28, 2013 That border is so clever! I love how irregular the whole moc is! Well done! Quote
mrcp6d Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 I'm going to echo the comments about the awesome non-square border and say that it's awesome! Great solution to containing all those 1x1s and still keep an organic shape. Quote
Kai NRG Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Nice work! The irregular base is very neat, and both the wood structures are well done! The water does look a bit mixed up though, like the light blue and clear got mixed together. Great rockwork though, nice build! Quote
Garmadon Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Nice build, Gunman . No point in repeating everything everyone else said. But are the gray frogs on the wall of the hut/shed supposed to be frogs or something else? Also, looks like there is a trans-green dot in with the trans-clear and trans-blue. Was that on purpose? Quote
Gunman Posted March 1, 2013 Author Posted March 1, 2013 thanks Garmadon... the gray frogs are something like metal sculptures regarding the trans green plate in the water it was a mistake i saw it after photographing the moc :) Quote
Petturik Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Nice MOC. Great colorscheme and good part usage Quote
Ecclesiastes Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 As said by all the others, great work on the base and the idea is very well executed! Quote
kabel Posted March 3, 2013 Posted March 3, 2013 nice snot coast, great photography etc. In short: pretty cool moc! Quote
kbcakir Posted March 10, 2013 Posted March 10, 2013 It is an awesome little moc. I loved the bordering connections. Do you mind if I copy it? These two grape smasher dwarfs makes it so funny . Quote
Mike S Posted March 19, 2013 Posted March 19, 2013 This is awesome! I think my favorite border so far. Great idea! Quote
