soccerkid6 Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 (edited) Meanwhile Glorfindel had returned to Mitgardia to get Steen Larson and Elon Chorian's opinions on how to fight the hand and save as many Mitgardians as possible. Here Glorfindel meets with Elon in Valholl, and they discuss a guerilla strategy of warfare against the hand: Previous build: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=81862 Next build: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=81864 All C&C appreciated Edited May 17, 2014 by soccerkid6 Quote
Brickington Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Those citizens look greatly Avalionian, don't you think? Why is he meeting Elon when the Jarl is still alive? Shows you that Mitgardians have bad communication to one another. Quote
Kai NRG Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 So far at least, this is my favorite; well done and I'm partial to interiors with tables and scrolls... Also impressive stained glass windows, though from the back picture the room looks a bit low. Quote

Shows you that Mitgardians have bad communication to one another. Because Elon is steward of Mitgardian, general, and admiral And yes those are Avalonians, they got stuck in Valholl when war broke out So far at least, this is my favorite; well done and I'm partial to interiors with tables and scrolls... I had a lot of fun with the architecture of this and got to use some 1x1 plates I got from a PAB wall for the windows Edited April 27, 2013 by soccerkid6 Quote
Infernum Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Wow! So many great details! I love the booth with the flags for a roof! The floor of the interior is great! I love the door! The stained glass is perfect for Mitgardia! I'll use that next time, if you're OK with it. Quote
Gideon Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Nice exterior, I think especially the door design is really successful! And great use of those cmf bases :) Inside, the table with the scrolls and the stained glass windows are nice. I think the yellow parts of the windows would have been even better if they were multiple plates thick, now with the green stud inside they look more like a lighter shade of green. Quote

Thanks, the doors actually work and I like the style of CMF roofs. I didn't have as many trans-yellow plates, so I had to use fewer of those than the green Quote
Garmadon Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Great build, SK, I love it how you used a lot of uncommon pieces for the wall design. The flags on the stall make for a nice roff, but don't you think green flags would look better? Another great build, though. Quote
Mike S Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 i really like the roof ledge on this. Great use for those pieces! Quote
