soccerkid6 Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 (edited) Steen Larson's plan was to have the smaller towns and cities evacuated to more rural areas where chances of attack were less. So Glorfindel and some of his elite soldiers escorted this family from a destroyed village, to this farm: stable: Chicken coop: plow: Interior: Door opens: Previous build: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=81866 Next build: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=81868 All C&C appreciated Edited May 17, 2014 by soccerkid6 Quote
Brickington Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Great build! But lots of those figs look seriously Avalonian. But the build is what matters! This is number ten, how many more? Quote

It's somewhat hard making Mitgardian figs different from Avalonian, there are very few green accessories compared to dark green I did 16 free builds in one month Quote
Kai NRG Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Great job, especially with the horse peeking out from the stable! Nice fireplace as well, and the interior is well done (as always!). I do think that (if you had it) just dk brown for the plowed ground would be better (since you've been using brown for wood), but great technique though! I've been wanting to do something like that for a while... maybe I'll finally get around to it! Quote
Infernum Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I love that fireplace! Aww, look at those Mitgardian chickens! . Great work on the buildings! I like the field and the figs are great! Quote

Gideon Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 That plow design is brilliant! And that must be a large farm to have such a big house :) Less than two days per build on average, that is productivity! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted April 27, 2013 Author Posted April 27, 2013 That plow design is brilliant! And that must be a large farm to have such a big house :) Less than two days per build on average, that is productivity! Thanks, I've looked at a few other plow designs and then changed them some. It is a big house, I was a little tired of all the small ones I'd built. Yup, I was somewhat surprised how quick they went Quote
Garmadon Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 I have too agree, excelent plow! The stable looks great too. All together, great build,SK! Quote
Mike S Posted April 27, 2013 Posted April 27, 2013 Really great build! Love the plow but I have to agree with Kai that the ground would be better dark brown but as you said you didn't have the bricks. Quote
