[LDD MOC] defender drone

With recent LDD updates, i couldn't helt to try the new updated armour on LDD, so i made this drone. this heavy armored drone is specifically made for defense. its big body is covered with very hard & indestructible armor. but, because of that, it's movement became slow.

this drone has a big thruster jet, so that it can move faster.

Funky design. It definitely looks drone-ish, but guessing at the functionality is sort of difficult. There's not much shape or definition to it other than "blob". Some posing might have helped.

thanks! about posing, some of the joint have a limited movement, because of the armor. its leg only consist of 1 segments, and the shoulder can't move so free. it hits the front armor sometimes. the only free limbs is the lower arms, the feet, and his hands. because of that, when i try to make him pose, it somehow looks awkward. that's why i put him in static position. sorry

Ooh, I like this one, very tank like, the colors help with that too. Getting a TF Animated Bulkhead vibe from it. I think you should've given it some weaponry though, some big cannons or a missile launcher.

haven't tought of that. i intended this drone to focus on defense, but i guess giving it weapon would be good too. thanks for the advice.

I really like what you've got here. Makes me wish Lego would release those parts in those colors (or just more parts in that color).

As for the MoC, I really love how short and fat he is. Looks like he could take a beating while giving one too. And the back thrusters are just too neat. Also, I like how there's some gaps between the shells. Makes it look like an actual robot with huge plates of armor.
