Renegade Clone Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Hiya everyone, been a while since I posted anything - plus I've been sitting on this design for ages! It's a teaser of a project I've been working on for a while now. Hmmm, I wonder where that red protocol droid wound up... Quote
II5hyena Posted September 30, 2013 Posted September 30, 2013 Wow, thats amazing! I like how you used minifig capes for the mats on the throne. Quote
TheLazyChicken Posted October 1, 2013 Posted October 1, 2013 Are you going to build Jabba's Palace? If you are then that project is probably going to be amazing. So far yo have made me excited of what you are going to build next! :-) Quote
Brickdoctor Posted October 2, 2013 Posted October 2, 2013 Love the use of the capes and the clean design, and the functionality is integrated seamlessly. Quote
eurotrash Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 I'm really digging dynamic MOCs. And this is a good one. I can't wait to see what you come up with next. Quote
Artifex Posted October 3, 2013 Posted October 3, 2013 I believe you are really missing the point here, Renegade Clone -- Jabba's throne room and throne dais, for what they are worth, are all about Slave Leia. There's no reason to try and give attention to what is no more than mere details. Just kidding , I love the design. Adds a lot of life to Jabba. The cape use was very ingenious. The build looks very clean. Very nice design  Quote
Renegade Clone Posted October 6, 2013 Author Posted October 6, 2013 Thanks for the comments guys! I've put together a rough scene with the WIP playset. I'm especially proud of Max Rebo's organ - I might cut up some black tubing and place them in the robot arm connectors to act as keys though. And yes, the whole floor is designed to fit on top of another part of the palace... Quote
Mr Man Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 Thanks for the comments guys! I've put together a rough scene with the WIP playset. It remindes me of Battlefront seeing it like that . I'm especially proud of Max Rebo's organ ... ... ... Quote
LEGO Train 12 Volts Posted October 6, 2013 Posted October 6, 2013 Amazing solution! I like to see Jabba looks around! Quote
