Oooh, I like where this is going, I like the way you did the door effect. I don't think I wouldv'e thought about that. Keep up the good work! :-D

Thanks 'TheLazyChicken', and I've been busy again......

I only have to tile the outside, a tyre rack, plus make some custom minifigs and of course Kmart Tyre & Auto signage.......keep watching !

Hi LT!! Looking good!! Love that door. Genius!!! Well done!

Thanks 'marvinblue', I've designed the stickers for this except for the staff uniforms.....I forgot about that.....oops !

I must knock up a realistic tyre rack too......oh, well I should have this finished in a few days (oh, there will not be a roof over the workshop.....this model will sit at the far corner of my display layout right next to the Coles Express servo)......keep watching !

Great job, guess I've never seen a folding door like this, that's a nice idea. Looking forward to seeing the end result.

Just quickly now.....one trolley jack....

There is enough clearance with a vehicle jacked up to change a wheel.....it's held together by tubing....the only Lego parts I ever cut.

Keep watching !

Edit - another shot of the whole design so far.....

I agree! I like where this is going; it has lots of potential to be really great. I, also, would not have thought of the door idea. Edited by BrickmanJ

Thanks 'BrickmanJ' for your kind words, I studied industrial technology back thirty years ago (well, 29 actually) plus design as well which was thirty years ago so I have developed the knack for thinking outside the box....like the doors and trolley jack.

Keep watching.....I'm still thinking does this need anything else ?
