Hello to everyone!

This is my entry for the Winter Village Contest 2013.

I imagined that the Christmas Market is in a park in the village and so I decided to create a tree with a small wooden house where the kids can play on the tree climbing, pulling snowballs, playing with rope swing. The vignette is complete with a traditional fountain carved into the wood of a tree, a small Christmas tree, a lamp post and Christmas lights.

What better day to wish everyone a Merry Christmas!

Hi sdrnet,

Stunning entry! I'd buy it!!!

I love the details and the design itself is astonshing. The lamp by itself is worth watching! The fountain with frozen water is also brilliant but the tree house's design beats it all! Well done.

Thanks a lot for sharing and inspiring!

Thanks to everyone for the comments!

The fountain is the most complex part of the whole moc. In the future will insert more detailed images of it.

So many details to like here. Besides all the obvious stuff, I like the slope/level difference in the snow and the brother about to dumb a snow ball on top of his sister or is it a boy expressing his love to a girl .

Good luck in the contest.

This is an excellent entry! very original idea too. I love all the little details you have included, the fountain is my favourite (maybe) part of the MOC  but I also love the Christmas lights in the tree, the tire swing and the tree foliage is well done! Unfortunately I don't believe anything like this would exist these days in a world of law suits etc, it's a real shame, but luckily for your minifigs they can still enjoy it!! :classic:

Good luck and happy building
