Kenspace Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 Welcome, this is my entry for the contest of Winter Village Market. I took inspiration from the winter markets in South Tyrol, which are set in the main square of the village where almost always stands the church... http://www.flickr.co...157639169885184 http://www.flickr.co...57639169885184/ Miss Marika bake corner http://www.flickr.co...57639169885184/ Miss Myriam aftersky hot-wine & beer corner http://www.flickr.co...57639169885184/ http://www.flickr.co...57639169885184/ other pics here http://www.flickr.com/photos/aleken/ Good luck in the contest. CardinalBricks Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 I like it, lots of weird uses for pieces, and I particularly like the two snowboards crossing with the cherry in the middle. I see you're somewhat new here and haven't grasped how to put pictures up without just the link. Don't worry ; I struggled with this too, and I'm happy to help a fellow man out. What you do is you right click on the image (in Flickr) and click "Copy Image Address", and then paste the link it gave you into the image box. You can also resize the pictures in Flickr so they're not so big on here, too. Quote
xinbei Posted December 29, 2013 Posted December 29, 2013 Very wise uses of pieces such as the bakery trays and the stained glass window! Quote

emilstorm Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 That is one cool lunchbox in the bottom picture ! Very nice over all! Quote
NoEinstein Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Great entry. Even though it is just the front/facade of the church, it works really well. Looks like those 2 little rascals are having an eye out for the Christmas tree guy, poor him. The two stalls have lots of nice details and make it look like it is on a square/market in front of the church. Good luck in the contest. Quote
