Lord Vladivus Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Nice little build. Great tree. How have you attached the piece to the musket that the crows on? I can't quite make it out. Quote
Infernum Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Nice! Very unique! I love the tree and ground work! What is the base made of? Quote
Gunman Posted January 28, 2014 Author Posted January 28, 2014 thanks guys! Glad you like it. Nice little build. Great tree. How have you attached the piece to the musket that the crows on? I can't quite make it out. The tip of the fishing rod is like a small hinge and it fits nicely with the trigger of the musket :) Nice! Very unique! I love the tree and ground work! What is the base made of? The base consists of two classic boat parts next to each other. Quote
IenjoyLego89 Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Very nice build! Love the use of the two hulls as a base! Quote
DrColossus Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Yeah, this is really neat! The use of hulls and the barrels-as-tree makes me want to start eyeing my pirate sets for parts. (By the way, hi, I'm DrColossus, been lurking for a week or so but would like to get started building w/ Historica soon!) Quote
Gideon Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Very nice build! I especially like the base and the tree Quote
HammerBro Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Quite unusual. Many different unconventional uses for parts and it really makes it pop! Quote

de Gothia Posted January 28, 2014 Posted January 28, 2014 Wow! That base is genius!!! The moc on top of the great base is also lovely!! Quote
soccerkid6 Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 Very clever base design and a great pose for the fig Quote
MKJoshA Posted January 29, 2014 Posted January 29, 2014 Love the chains on the ground. Not a normal landscaping texture technique but it works really well for your build. (By the way, hi, I'm DrColossus, been lurking for a week or so but would like to get started building w/ Historica soon!) Why does everyone use the word "lurking" before they join? I've noticed it a lot over the past few weeks. Quote

Thanks a lot MKJosha. Not sure why but I have connected the Nocturnus environment with chains on the ground etc :) I like the tree and the base, nice job! Thanks Torgar :) Quote
Rolli Posted March 25, 2014 Posted March 25, 2014 What a shame! I just stumbled over this great little build! Superb base! I love the tree and I didn't know that the connection of the fishing rod and the musket was possible. Thanks for that! That tree is certainly interesting! Quote
