narbilu Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 EPISODE IV – ESCAPE ROUTE 3 ABY (38:7:21 to23) The young Twi’lek female, Nar’Bilu was promoted because of her proven skills in scouting and unlocking intelligence. As a first task the threat on Sullust has to be detained. Sullust is a maze of tunnels and access points to the key buildings of the planet. Nar’Bilu and her most loyal pilot were send into the depth of the volcanic planet to map the northern area and find a save spot to retrieve any prisoners with minimal casualties. Nar’Bilu managed to find a cave leading into the deepest part of the mountain, where the holding cells are. Without being seen she mapped the tunnels and found a suitable rock to land and load the captives. The pilot, reports back to the Redemption that their mission is a success. At this point no Imperial troopers were encountered. The commander can send troops in small op teams to their homing beacon to start the retraction and liberation mission. Quote
Dapper-D2 Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Great lava effects! I really like how that turned out and the rock and platform look equally nice. Quote
Nom Carver Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 Its good to have you back "Narbilu", that lava and the rocks look great together. Quote
Lord Tyrus Posted April 16, 2014 Posted April 16, 2014 (edited) Great lava effects! I really like how that turned out and the rock and platform look equally nice. BEAVeR Posted April 17, 2014 Posted April 17, 2014 What?! There are tunnels? How can we not hae seen that? Well, let's say that your skills would be really, really amazing... I can't judge about that, but I can see that your building skills are already worth a second look at. I'm talking especially about the not-very-obvious angled platform, that complements well with the rocks and the lava (again, not entirely straight). Everything fits together so well! And then the linifigs and the beacon get all the attention. Well played! The rocks do seem a tad bit artificial, but that might just be me. Great that you added that rock in the corner of the lava BTW. The not too much extravagant details approach works, making it a believable covert platform. Maybe continuing the rock on another side, so that it makes a corner, would help enforce the secret feeling. Quote
Kaitan Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 I like this :) It's a simple at first sight, but then you realise the technicalities involved with the SNOT and the rocks and the lava. Great job! K Quote
Rogue Angel Posted April 18, 2014 Posted April 18, 2014 Good work on this build. I like the skewed rock and the lava is well portrayed. Nice MoC! Quote
LegoFjotten Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Nice entry! I like the angled section of rocks! Quote
