[MOC] Mixel Dragon

So, I finally bought all three red Mixels, I thought it would be a fun challenge to build a Dragon from them. With all the hinges and clips/bars not to mention the new ball joints, I knew I could build something half decent using just what was in those three bags. In all I used 110 parts out of the total 172. It took about an hour (with a break for Cake, seeing as some was on offer while I was building!) and I only ended up re-doing the head when I finished, this head is the one I decided on.

I think Flame Wing is a good name for this guy.

I might try and make more dragons or creatures with other Mixel trios.

Proportions are a bit off, but it looks pretty adorable.

I rather like the off-proportions, it suits the Mixel theme. My favorite part of the build is the wings, and the head design you choose is great as well. I'd like to see you make more dragons, making a dragon from each tribe would be a cool challenge to do- especially if you themed them after their respective tribe.

Anyone else think of Mushu from the Disney 'Mulan' movie upon seeing this?

This guy's a fair bit different that 'Mushu', but I like him, especially considering the limited pieces used.

That head looks kind of goofy but it fits in with the Mixels building style.
